We thought that they really overcharged us. We did call them up and they reduced the price. They did a good job. The work was good, but it was overcharged. They were responsive. They came right over. They were professional. I would probably go for somebody else in the future. We thought that they really kind of overcharged because we are absentee landlords and I think they tried to take advantage of that, but they were okay. I would tell others to watch out for their pricing and get an estimate first before they start any work.

Scottie arrived within the hour. All of this is extraordinary service and saves both the customer and the company valuable time. Scottie was able to quickly correct the issue and wait until he was sure the problem was corrected. During the wait time, he gave us a great education with water conditioning products and options for the future. I couldn't be happier. This company is definitely my favorite plumbing and should I install a whole house conditioner in the future, these are the guys I'll call.

My mother in law was in the process of selling her home. A home inspection revealed a problem with the water heater. My husband called to get the water heater inspected. He responded quickly to the call and while he was inspecting the water heater he received an emergency call. He left and returned to complete the job all in one day. He was professional throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He does great work.

Awful. I called MC Plumbing and explained the situation. My handyman and I recently changed out the water heater in my house and I applied (and received) a permit from Henderson. For some reason, Henderson insists that rental properties must use contracted plumbers for water heater installation. ie. more fees for everyone, homeowner is left paying. Therefore, I needed a contracted plumber to go over to my home, review my water heater installation and apply for the permit on my behalf. Not hard work at all. When I called MC Plumbing, they proceeded to explain to me that I am a fool for installing the water heater by myself. Only 'qualified' plumbers should do such complicated work. And, it is my fault that I now need to call a professional plumber. I explained that I had just recently done this work and it is not hard. I just need help reviewing my work and following the city process for a work permit. MC Plumbing didn't care. It would cost me $135 for MC Plumbing to come look at my work and then another couple hundred dollars to apply for the permit (permit is 1 page long). In total $300-400. Needless to say, I found another plumber who understood my situation, understood the permit law is just another way for the county to get fees, and agreed to come over, inspect my water heater and apply on my behalf. At 1/3 the price of MC Plumbing.

The plumber arrived the next day with the parts and it took him 15 minutes and charged us 475.00.........wow. i thought that was really high. I emailed them and was told i was charged that because it took two hours to drive around and find the parts . We were quoted that price before they knew how long it would take to find the parts. I thought that was strange. Even if the three parts cost 20.00 each ( I was never given a breakdown of the charges ) how do you justify a total of 475.00 Anyway. I read many reviews of people here that got good service. We got good service I just thought the price was way too high. Should you call these guys? That's up to you. I see a lot of good work they have done but at more reasonable prices. I guess sometimes we have to take one for the team.

He was very friendly. Worked efficiently and I would call this company again.

CALLED ON SUNDAY 4/3/16 TO SET UP A APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY MORNING TO REPLACE A LEAKING WATER LINE FROM MY TOILET TO THE WALL I GAVE MC PLUMBING MY ADDRESS AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER I HAD THEM REPEAT BACK MY ADDRESS AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD MY CORRECT ADDRESS AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AND THEY DID, THEY GAVE ME A 2 HOUR WINDOW OF BETWEEN 8-10AM FOR MONDAY MORNING 4/4/16. I CALLED AT 930AM MONDAY MORNING 4/4/16.TO FIND OUT THE STATUS MC PLUMBING SAID THEY LEFT ME 3 MESSAGES AT THE CONTACT NUMBER THEY HAD, MC PLUMBING SAID THEY WENT BY THE BUILDING NUMBER I GAVE THEM, I TOLD THEM I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THERE CALL THEY SAID THEY HAD TO MOVE ON TO ANOTHER JOB, I ASKED WHAT PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS DO THEY HAVE, I SAID I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL, I THEN ASKED MC PLUMBING WHAT PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS DO YOU HAVE MC PLUMBING SAID I DON'T HAVE IT IN FRONT OF ME MC PLUMBING SAID WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED WITH THERE CURRENT JOB I ASKED WHEN WILL THAT BE? 2HRS? 4HRS? MC PLUMBING SAID HE COULD NOT GIVE ME A TIME FOR A CALL BACK JUST THAT THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN THEY ARE DONE.. I SAID YOUR COMPANY IS FULL OF SH_T JUST CANCEL A CALL BACK!! I WAS A OWNER IN A SERVICE BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YRS, I WOULD NEVER CANCEL OUT A SMALLER JOB TO GO TO A BIGGER JOB, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT MC PLUMBING DID! MC PLUMBING USED THE OLD SCAM OF TELLING THE CUSTOMER THEY LEFT MESSAGES AND COULD NOT FIND THE ADDRESS AND HAD TO GO ON TO ANOTHER JOB AND WHEN THE CUSTOMER ASKED WHAT PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS DO YOU HAVE ON FILE OF COURSE MC PLUMBING SAYS I DO NOT HAVE IN FRONT OF ME!! MC PLUMBING IS JUST ANOTHER DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!

I called and talked to Scott and he had someone come out within 24 hours. MC came out with a drain camera to find the clog problem we had. He showed us what out drains/sewer looked like, where the clog was, how to fix it and if there were any problem areas we need to be aware of. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely use them in the future. MC was the 4th plumbing company we had look at this problem and the only one to find it. One company wanted to start tearing up the concrete in the house, the problem wasn't even in the house!!

Where else can you have a water heater replaced in 3 hours! Fernando was funny, and nice. He was fast and answered all my questions.

MC Plumbing had been to my home once before to replace an Anode Rod in my hot water heater. That job went well and the price was good so we called them back to snake out a NASTY clog in our bathroom sinks. This is a job I could have easily done myself but just did not want to deal with the mess and stink of the project. Fernando showed up fast. He busted up that clot, snaked out the drain, cleaned up the mess and gave me a really fair price. I would call them first the next time I need a plumber and you should too.

After struggling for 2 days to clear the drain myself, I gave up. I sent a message via Angie's list at about 6 PM. They replied within half an hour and we scheduled service for a two hour window the next morning. They called when they were on their way and the plumber arrived on time. He was very polite. Worked for about an hour. Cleared the drain of 15 years worth of grease build-up and replaced the trap and some fittings. MC Plumbing is not cheap (15% Angie's List discount much appreciated), but I can not fault the service. I am happy to have my kitchen sink back. I would definitely hire them again.

The main water valve in my garage was generating large thumping sounds when water was being used in the home. I had another plumbing company come out and check the pressure at different valves in the home and was given a rather outrageous quote. I called MC Plumbing immediately after the other plumber left and Edward was at my house in about 30 minutes. Edward walked into my garage looked at the valve for about 10 seconds and diagnosed the problem and solved it. Edward was refreshingly honest and upfront about everything and you can't put a price on that. MC Plumbing has my business from now on.

Had a coupon for service and the tech used it for the check of system. So no charge to us. Very friendly and courteous and would use them again in a heart beat.

Fernando was such a pleasure to come to our home. He called before he arrived was on time. On our first meeting he assessed what needed to be done. Called us with an estimate. His work was exceptional. His personality and friendliness was outstanding. While working on our showers he discovered only one shower needed the item he replaced. He was honest and took the price of the part off our bill! I asked for some business cards. There is no doubt we would use this company again. I asked him for business cards in case if anyone needs their services.

My sewer line was totally stopped up at 8pm on Saturday night, the day after Christmas. We needed help. I called another highly rated plumber who wasn't able to respond, but recommended MC Plumbing. Fernando showed up soon after I called, and immediately went to work. He snaked the line and recommended putting a camera down - though there was no hint of upselling or sales pressure. I'm glad I listened to his suggestion - I've got a serious root problem I wasn't aware of. Fernando was very personable and professional, the services performed were top-notch, and the price was excellent. I'm very glad I called MC Plumbing.

He was so nice and cooperative and didn't even charge us since estimates are free. We will refer our friends and neighbors to Angie's List and this plumber.

MC Plumbing sent out their plumber and he estimated the job. It was so miner, a leaking flapper in the toilet, that I decided to do the work myself. The Plumber was very understanding and treated me with respect and professionalism. Would hire MC Plumbing in a minute should I have any future plumbing problems. Extremely nice people to do business with.
