We asked for our work order to be done by Christmas and it was finished by the 19!! The men covered everything carefully with plastic prior to the staining process. The three men worked for twelve hours till it was finished. Five days later my doors were attached and the job complete. They look fantastic making my kitchen look modern and beautiful!!

Great job and love the over look the kitchen now has from the granite.

I had built-in shelves installed in a hallway storage room. The two workers were professional and courteous and the shelves look great. It was a small job and I appreciate them taking the job. I only wish scheduling the appointment had gone easier. No one seemed to know the schedule and I wasn't sure the guys were going to show up. Then, when I called them (30 min after the appointment time) they said they couldn't find my address. I told them it was a new construction home and the address wasn't in google maps yet. If someone had been organizing the appointments and checking addresses they would've been able to call me ahead of time and wouldn't have been late. Just seems like a customer service thing...not a workmanship thing. Again, the shelves look great.

There are marks on the quartz countertop from the machine used to cut it. JZL design stated they would polish the marks out, but nothing has happened in the last 2mos. I was told the kitchen island would be restored to before construction look but had to argue with owner about painting the island and then only parts of the island were painted. Will need to have island repaired and painted as a result of the quartz counter installation. Owner very timely in getting order in, however not so timely with installation and had to be called more than once to schedule.

Very professional unlike most Las Vegas company!!

JZL did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We had granite countertop installed as well as replacing the doors to our kitchen cabinets. Then the cabinets were completely restained to a new finish. John, Linda and Zach were always courteous and answered all our questions each time we called. The workers were very courteous and cleaned up completely after they were done. We would recommend them highly and will keep them in mind for any future renovations we may plan.

These are top notch professionals with genuine customer care. They are most knowledgeable and "no pressure" needed. You can tell by their advice that they know their business and they give you the best possible advice..

We hired JZL to resurface the cabinets, they also did granite counters. It all turned out very nice. This family owned business is very professional and follows up every step of the way. We are very satisfied with the whole experience. it is without hesitation that we would recommend that business.

My project was refaceing 3 bathroom cabinets. There price, customer concern and work ethic was OUTSTANDING. They were GREAT on all aspects of this job. I would HIGHLY recommend JZL Designs

I had to call them & remind them things on the job had not been done yet. Didn't seem concerned nor offer to replace a wall clock their crew broke during demo.

I was very please with the process, install and finish.

John made changes to the design and materials without verifying those changes with us. Took 6 weeks & 2 visits for about 11 hrs.; when it should have been 2 - 3 weeks and 4 - 5 hrs. To complete. 1st visit did not have all the materials and color & finish was different. 2nd visit John was to have his worker lighten up the color. He had him to come darken it. The worker got the outside color looking pretty good and they finished the cabinet. When I called John about the changes. He said that I didn't know anything about cabinets & did not want to talk to me. Gave me a discount. Said were done.

John, Linda and Zach were very easy to work with and very thoughtful. They bent over backwards to meet the deadline I had to get these cabinets completed. I love the results of my kitchen cabinets! They make the whole kitchen so bright and cheerful. Any concerns I had were quickly taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company. Do not hesitate to trust them. They are good to their word. Plus they give a year warranty!
