This was a botched move. The two movers themselves apparently dropped some of my belongings and lost others. When I called the rep after I was mostly unpacked and told him that I was missing items he said he would look into itâ ¦ My rep was Marc and he said he contacted Nathan who said John the driver would then call me. NOBODY CALLED. They picked up my Portland belongings on August 2 and unloaded and on August 5, 2021. August 7 was the first time I contacted Marc about missing and damaged items. Then back on Tuesday, August 10, I contacted Marc again to let him know nobody had contacted me and he said he escalated it to the manager by Wednesday I still havent heard from anybody. Marc then tells me that he has emailed Alex the operations manager in Vegas and that Alex would call me that day. ALEX DID NOT CALL.. When I relayed that to Marc he says he will now forward it to the RVP (fortunately I saved all of the texts on this matter) On Friday the 13th I give up on Marc who said he was my point of contact for this business and I called the Vegas all my sons business myself. I tell the woman who answered what the situation is and she says she hadnt heard any of it. Then somebody named Jacob calls (he is an assistant manager) to tell me that they dont have any of my missing items that they have now looked and he had never heard of my complaint. Five minutes later I get a phone call from his boss Alex (this is Friday I was told Alex would call on Wednesday but he never did). Alex did call now. He was rude and pushy and over talking me and saying that he had never heard about my communication with Marc and the lost and damaged items. At this point I was done and I told Alex I was going to hang up now. I came to realize that itâ s not worth the frustration to file the claim and talk with them anymore. I finally was told they donâ t have the missing items and if they had been left in the truck they were already thrown out by now. Too bad nobody checked when I first asked. After I decided I was done with all my sons I then get a voicemail from Robert Ellen who wants me to call him so he can waste more of my time. Iâ m not gonna do it â ¦please all of you stop calling me- now itâ s harassment. The driver was a man named John. I gave him and his helper/packer good tips each when leaving Portland and also after unloading in Vegas â ¦unfortunately they never told me that they had dropped any items (what was damaged was my air filter system) or lost or broke anything. They were on time and respectful with me though they seemed to have issues with each other. The main problem with this company appears to be how the office and rep handled the lost and damaged items by apparently not dealing with it and stringing me on with reassurances for days that amounted to nothing. A total waste of my time and very frustrating. A huge communication mess up there. Not a company I would choose to hire again by how they treat their clients.

I absolutely hate moving and this is the first time I’ve hired movers. The three gentlemen that came were extremely polite and down to earth. They knocked out what I was quoted for 4 hours in half the time.

TERRIBLE AND I THINK THE COMPANY STOLE FROM US. NEVER USE. We hired All My Sons moving company to move 30 minutes across Las Vegas from one home to another. They caused unfixable damage to my $3500 fridge and forgot to unload a piece of gum equipment from their truck. Once I noticed I contacted the driver who confirmed to me he found it in the truck after our move and â didnâ t know whose it wasâ even though we were they last move?? He said he put it in the warehouse and left it there. But didnâ t decide to notify us or anyone of the property!!! Upon calling the company, corporate and the warehouse NUMEROUS times with no one returning calls like they stated they would, we rang again the next day and spoke to the warehouse manager who said he spoke to the driver who denied saying what he said to me, even though I have text evidence. They said they donâ t have our property and they would not be replacing it. Customer service is APPAULING, the company is a SCAM and they have stole from us. What a joke. I will be filing it small claims court to get what is owed to me. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

The men that work for the company are great. the dispatcher, not so much! He sent the wrong truck and could not get all the goods in the told me it was my responsibility. Also that I should find another way to get to my new home in a different city and if I didn't like it he would have them unload my stuff on the curb. He would not let me talk to his boss. So I called the BBB.

The company was professional and courteous, the crew (Eulalio Moreno and helper) was friendly, accommodating and did a great job, the price was reasonable. I had a multi-stop, multi-family division of goods and they handled it perfectly. My brother hired them too and Sean and Mack were also excellent on his job.

From the start the office staff, the coordinator were great! The two guys that came to do the work were AMAZING. Friendly, very aware of doing a careful good job. It was a 7 hour day because of the quantity of stuff and two pickups - but the guys hung in there until it was all done.

They were great especially the 2 big movers. Little mgr guy was just ok obviously not Ming as much as others but they were there well after I m sure they anticipated with time and help. They also gave me a courtesy call next day to make sure all was ok. Great !

Do not hire this company, they are very nasty, elder abuse left me in a mess which has cost me a lot. Of money, a bunch of missing and broken items. I requested packing and unpacking due to me being 85, handicapped, a widow, no problem? They should not have a license, left things at the apt. I calked and asked them to bring my stuff, NO is what I got, an em0loyee at the apt. Brought my stuff. These guys have no respect for any old lady, I think the BBB would be interested in the way they treat the elderly! I am overwhelmed with problems due to these people, very costly. Gerd R. I got an original quote almost three weeks before my move. On the day of the move, when the crew was practically finished, I got a call saying that the cost had increased over $2300. That was almost the double amount of the original quote. I called and asked to speak to an owner or someone in control. I was assured, I would receive a call back. That was three weeks ago, and I have not heard from them yet.The crew was fantastic, but I would not recommend this company.

Used this service to help move out my mother and they were very helpful. Without me being present they very promptly on time, loaded up very quickly and unloaded even faster. Reassembly was painless and my mother was very happy.

All my sons moving company was a terrible experience. With the virus, they were not supposed to use other peoples bathrooms. They used my bathroom and my x-husbands. They were in the bathroom for a lot longer than, you would expect. Their moving costs were very high, for poor service. All the driver cared about was charging me as much as possible, for his benefit. Their prices were very high, for the few items, I has them cello wrap. They cello wrapped my dresser but did not cello wrap my 2 cabinet files, that were tall. I did not trust any of them. They were not friendly or professional. And to make matters worse, the driver took my debit card in his truck, and told me his payment machine was not working. This was a lie. He got up in his truck with my debit card, would not let me hear anything he was saying in his moving truck. He also asked me my zip code for my card. No reason for this either. I would never recommend this terrible company to anyone to move with. Very poor, expensive service. I have to keep checking my bank account, to make sure nobody used my bank card. Also the receipt he gave me, did not list the moving company, or how I was charged. None of what this driver did made any sense to me.

Prior to the move, I was told at least six times that a team of "professional movers" would be completing the move. I was informed they would charge to wrap my beds and box springs as to not dirty them on the truck floor. All of my boxes were labeled and some had FRAGILE in big black marker on the top of the box. They did show up on time and the ;professional movers were courteous but did not ask a lot of questions. They completed the move in four hours, which was a bit long considering the minimal furniture I had and everything was already boxed, sealed, and labeled. Once at my brand new house, just built, they asked where certain pieces of furniture was to be placed and I directed them with specifics. They had a hard time getting my son's bed back together and almost gave up! I told them, you tore it apart, please put it back together. That was part of what I was paying for. Much to my chagrin and disappointment, they damaged the stucco in three places, put small holes in the wall leading up to the bedroom, damaged my box springs on two beds, and dented and scratched my front door. I was not happy and was told to submit a claim. I have at least 15 pictures of damage that was done and am awaiting word on the "claim" Also, they handled my fragile boxes like any other, tossing them on shelves and across the floor. Thank goodness I am OCD when it comes to packing and had all of my fragile goods, packed in bubble wrap and tightly sealed. When I called the company, I received a "I'm Sorry" but no offer to refund any money. I have submitted a claim to their corporate office and am awaiting a response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and am still disheartened every time I walk by damaged stucco, doors, and walls. There are a plethora of moving companies to choose from so do your research but steer clear of these ";professional movers!"
