They are unresponsive and did not deliver the piece. I cannot get a return phone call. When they do answer which is not often, I am told they will check into it and call. No calls. I would never recommend this company. I am an interior designer and the client is not happy.

The delivery service called us several times and wanted to change the delivery times. My wife and I had several appointments and made special arrangements for them to deliver the items at a specified time during the day. The movers finally got to our home and we had to cancel another appointment so we could get the washer and dryer. After almost 2 hours they set up the washer and dryer on the pedestals and one of the pedestals was the wrong color and they movers didn't know enough to take out the shipping bolts so the washer almost vibrated so much it almost put a hole in the wall. The movers said they wanted $115.00 for the setup and we only gave them $75.00. We called the movers and wanted a refund and would not take responsibility for their wrong doing and inept workmanship.
Description of Work: The movers were hired to pick up new washer and dryer from warehouse and deliver and set them up at my home. It was supposed to be a white glove delivery and setup.

Response from Wild West Delivery
The client with whom Wild West had a bad delivery experience has made a number of factual errors in their complaint, which would give you a false impression of our company. The truth is far from their account. We had an afternoon appointment scheduled with the client, were ahead of schedule, and called to ask them if they would like us to deliver earlier than the scheduled window. In our experience, most clients would jump at the chance to have a job done early. In contrast, they were adamant, and frankly unpleasant with us, that it had to be done at the scheduled time. We realized then that we were going to be dealing with uptight and difficult clients. We continued on with our day and arrived in the scheduled window. Why they would have to cancel an appointment elsewhere if they had an appointment scheduled with us at the same time is a bit curious, and frankly either poor time management on the client's fault, or a downright lie. The clients continued with their unpleasant attitude throughout the install. The factory had shipped the wrong color pedestal, for which they blamed us. Additionally, hoses for the installation of washers and dryers are generally not sold with the appliances, and have to be purchased separately. Of course, we were blamed for this. In short, we fully expected to be blamed for the downturn in housing values on their street. We were at the house less than an hour, not the two that they falsely claimed, and billed the client for the work that we had performed. They refused to pay the full amount, for the above reasons, and were downright rude in telling us to leave. They called us approximately a week later to complain about everything again, yet never asked for a refund. We referred them to the manufacturers rep. We have had thousands of positive experiences with clients over the course of our twelve years in business. Unfortunately there are people who are just unhappy with their lot in life, and treat others around them poorly. This client is a shining example. As the owner and founder, I speak to numerous clients daily, and quite often handle issues which arise personally.
