Warren's Moving

Have them come to your house and "Get a Quote" before you do the move. It cost us $1250.00 with 4 men for a 4 bedroom house move across three blocks. This should of taken 3 to 4 hours but since they had a "blank" check it took them 8 hours to finish. Beware!

We absolutely loved dealing with Warren's. Michelle was a joy to talk to and was very thorough and professional. She made sure to contact us ahead of the day of service to confirm all of the details. On the day of service Ed and Ernesto called to let us know they were on their way and showed up precisely on time. They were both extremely efficient and careful with our belongings and worked at a pace that amazed us. They were both extremely fast when they could be and cautious and careful when the situation demanded that level of attention. Needless to say, all of our belongings arrived unblemished and were packed and transported with the utmost professionalism and care. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Warren's Homework and we plan on calling and asking for Ed and Ernesto when we vacate our storage unit.

They arrive on time and worked well. We have a 2 story 3000 ft house that is full of expensive items and we did most of the packing in advance and they did some when they arrived. Total of 3 trucks with 6 movers and they were all very polite and careful. Lead man was knowledgeable and did a good job. When it is time to finish up, the job was simply too large to finish in one day so they promise to return and finish on the following Tuesday and the lead man promise I get a 3 man crew with the extra man free since I paid $125 per truck and spend $3000. This is where the bad part started, the following Tuesday a entirely different crew arrive and the former leadman was no where to be found and I was told he has not been at work since. of course they did not honor what they promise and charged me $187.5 per hour which is unfair and when I ask for the owner, I was told he is on vacation and will return in a week and call me then. 7 weeks have passed and nothing! so in the end , although the moving was done well, I was left with a greasy feeling that this is just another moving company with less than ethical business practice. Will be filing dispute with card issuer for a partial refund.

We were moving a trailer load of couches, desks, and other misc items to vegas and did not have anyone to help with the lifting. we called Warrens in route to the home around 8 am to see if a crew was available that afternoon to help witht he move. They were able to dispatch 2 guys to assist later in the morning after our arrival. They called before arrival, and were on time. the dolly's they used had tape on the wheels so there were no marks on flooring and carpet. The 2 guys were very nice, and very professional. it took them about 45 minutes, but the hours fee was well worth it. I would use this company again.

It went very well. There were two men that came out. We had it all packed up. It took them about three hours to load the house. They were very accommodating. They placed everything where my sister wanted it to be placed in the new house. They set the beds up as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Right on time at the first location to pick up a loveseat from my parents. Then onto my old home to pickup my furniture from the rental home and drop at the new home. These two guys were so efficient and took great care to make sure that all my furniture was wrapped if needed and secured. It was a hot and humid monsoon day and they never complained. Very friendly and made sure that once at new home, that my furniture was where I wanted it and put all beds together. GREAT, GREAT SERVICE!!! My parents highly recommended them and now I know why! The two movers arrived on time. They moved the equipment from the living room of one house to the entry way of another house. They were careful with the equipment.

It took much longer than expected. They showed up a few minutes late but that didn't bother me. What bothered me is that they set up all my furniture (which they were paid to) when we arrived at the new house. Well I didn't realize it then but they must have just gotten fed up by the end of the day (I didn't really have that much furniture either) because when they set up my bed they had not used all the screws and to top it all off they got fed up with the screws under the box spring and simply screwed them in half way and bent them! I didn't discover this until I went to go move again and the movers who came to perform the same task suddenly couldn't take apart my bed due to these bent screws. Not to mention I had a set of black pearl earrings and pendant in my bedside table that I have never see again after the move.

The guys who helped us did a great job. They were very professional and handled our furniture and other belongings with care. We would use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.

We received estimates for a move from Las Vegas To Palm Desert, CA which was the best. We will use them for the move when our house in Las Vegas sells. We do not have a buyer yet.

Movers arrived on time and prepared. They were careful and experienced! They protected our carpets and packed us in no time. Take down, packing, unloading, set up went very smooth. The best advice we were given, if there is a special cared for item you own, be sure to let them know so Warren's Homework can send their specialized professional. We have recommended Warren's Homework since our move and We'd recommend them over and over!

Used them to load the heavy and bulky items for household move. They had a two hour minimum and had all of the heavy stuff loaded in about 45 minutes. They completely loaded the 26' truck with boxes and other items with the balance of the two hour minimum. Made my day a lot easier.

I did a lot of research on moving companies and decided on Warren's Homework because of all the great reviews on this site. I received a flat rate quote from Art to move my home and all it's belongings to Temecula, CA. I scheduled the pick up on the 15th of April and scheduled the drop off for the 17th of April. That was one of the best qualities about this company...they schedule the pick up and drop off for when YOU WANT IT, not when it's convenient for them. Also, they pack only your things on your trailer (no combining your belongings with someone else's).I had a few questions prior to my move and all my questions were answered promptly. The day before pick up, I was called and given the time the movers would arrive. On the morning of the move, Luis and Gabriel arrived with a huge trailer. I was informed that I was the first one to have my belongings loaded into it as they had just gotten the trailer a few days prior. Luis and Gabriel are true assets to this company!!!! They were super nice, super professional and loaded all my things quickly and carefully. They made sure to pad things and were very careful not to mark up my walls. When it came time to loading a huge armoire that had to come down a flight of stairs, they called an additional two guys to help. When they were finished loading my things, I discovered that the key to a padlock that I had on one of the utility boxes in the front of my house had gotten packed into a box on the truck. Luis told me that they would be leaving Las Vegas the next morning for Temecula with my belongings and they would stop back by my house the next morning with bolt cutters to cut the lock off for me. The next morning, as promised, Luis came by and got the lock off the box. They then left for Temecula. They called to let me know when they arrived in Temecula. I arrived in Temecula later that evening and called and told Luis what time to be at the new home to drop off. They arrived when requested and got to work right away. All my things were unloaded and reassembled in about 5-6 hours. They moved and removed furniture depending upon where I wanted things. They were so professional and friendly. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys!! We even hugged them goodbye when they left. All in all, this was the most positive moving experience I have EVER had. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing movers. As we all know, moving is a huge pain. But, with a company like this, they made a usually horrible experience very pleasant. I was doing a local move and had moved 95% myself. I used Warren?s to move the larger heaver items. The two men I ordered arrived on time and were very personable and professional. They got right to work shrink rapping the needed items and worked very hard and fast loading and unloading my items. They actually were done earlier than the estimated time. Even though they were fast, they still were careful with the items and I had no damage to anything. Also what I liked is that Warren's ownes their own trucks which had all the needed moving supplies/equipment on them and had both a ramp and lift gate. Another plus was that after the two hour minimum you were only charged at 15 min intervals. Yes, I would recommend Warren?s Homework for your next move.

Most of it went fine. The thing that brought the service down from excellent to good: Of the 2 men that were doing the packing and loading, the older man would disappear. It was always the younger man that would ask me what needed to be packed in a specific room, say the kitchen, then he would start packing and moving the boxes out to the truck. While the younger man was at the truck, the older man would show up and shout loudly, "Is everything in here packed. What needs to be done?" I would then come from another area where I was packing, and repeat to him what I had told the younger man 20 to 30 minutes prior. The older man did not seem to understand as well as the younger man, because several items that had been set aside so they would not be packed, ended up being packed anyway, by the older man. This happened in three of the five rooms they packed. I don't consider the older mans behave to be "professional." NOTE: I am 70 yrs. old. I did not make the forgoing statement because I am down on seniors.

THE TWO PERSON TEAM WAS ON TIME AND PERSONABLE. I HAD SOME DAMAGE AFTER THEY LEFT AND I HAD SIGNED OFF AND AT LEAST ONE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH MY DESK THEY KNEW ABOUT AND DID NOT TELL ME. THEY HAD BROKEN THE BOTTOM OF A VERY EXPENSIVE DESK AND I DID NOT FIND THIS OUT UNTIL MY BOTTOM DRAWER STOPPED WORKING THIS WEEK AND HAD IT LOOKED AT BY MY HANDYMAN AND IT SHOWED ME HOW IT WAS BROKEN. BE CAREFUL TO CHECK EVERY SINGLE ITEM BEFORE THEY LEAVE AND YOU SIGN OFF THE PAPERWORK OR YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!!! BY THE WAY THEY ONLY MOVED ME A WEEK AGO SO THIS JUST HAPPENED.

They were good, fantastic, and moved me twice. They were attainable and honest.

Two young men( Chris and Alex) arrived just after 8 am at our condo and started removing the furniture right away. With one service elevator only and it being the end of the month it was very frustrating for the boys but not once did they complain. They took extreme care in wrapping and moving all the furniture. After a few hours we were finally able to head over to our house. It is a large house that was completely furnished and it was at least two hours before they could even start bringing in the furniture from the moving van as the wife had them moving around the furniture inside. I ran and got some lunch for them and they hardly stopped at all to eat preferring to take the odd bite as they continued to unload the van. I have never seen two boys work so hard running to the van after bringing in each piece. After 11 long hours they finally finished and they very running till the very end. When the dust settled everything was in place with no damage at all. They were the most pleasant and polite boys you could imagine. I would highly recommend this company especially Chris and Alex. Warrens moved me from a house into storage 8 months ago. Did a superb job. This team moved me into my new home and they were even better! Moving is so stressful but Dee and Roy took all the anxiety out of the equation and it went extremely smoothly for me. Didn't lift a finger! They finished much sooner than I anticipated which I really appreciated . The best!

They did a wonderful job. The entire team was professional and courteous, a real pleasure to work with at a stressful time.

OMG these guys were the best. When packing realized that my son's non-running motorcycle would take up too much room in the one truck so they ordered a second truck to load the bike and various patio furniture. They dismantled beds carefully, wrapped everything in plastic wrap and then at new home set up everything. They also added plastic wrap to my new home's carpeted stairwell so that they would not mark it up with their shoes. All I can say is that I was so happy to find them on Angie's list.

My move was small, my problem minor. I would not recommend having this management team responsible for a large complicated move where they are handling expensive items!! The movers were very nice and terrific. The office staff was nice setting up the appointment, but when I called to discuss a small piece of furniture that had been damaged, the woman responsible for that was a nightmare. She was highly emotional and completely unprofessional. She said she would have the man who moved me and broke the item call me so he and I could have it out and getour story straight. She also said that the paper I signed at the end absolved them from all responsibility, even though the movers said that if anything was found to have been damaged, to just call them ASAP.
