Warren's Moving

I believe the customer service clerk Melissa was whom I spoke with . She was great. Friendly and very informative. The movers arrived on time. There were 2 movers. The mover who seemed to be in charge was upset that he said he was told that there was not much to move. His paperwork stated washer, dryer, refrigerator , bed, and boxes. Well that is exactly what the had but they had LOTS of boxes and miscellaneous items - televisions, coolers etc. I told him that I explained this to Melissa how I was downsizing and he just seemed agitated. I also had 5 other friends helping me move. The move took longer than expected. Upon completion I had to sign papers ... One of these papers you had to rate your experience and to sign off that there was no damage to any of my belongings nor to the home .. all the while you have the mover standing over you. I felt uncomfortable rating anything other than excellent and signed everything he wanted me to. How could I have examined anything much less my belongings that had been shrink wrapped? I could go on but I really hate to put any negativity out there, since everyone had their own experiences. I would just rate mine mediocre. I do want to say as the day went on the two movers became friendly and I appreciated that. It was about 300 dollars more than I thought it would get up to .. but I had no experience on hiring movers before.

These movers are top notch! They worked many hours carefully wrapping, loading, and unloading furniture. The definitely know what they are doing and they are very hard workers. They can move all kinds of things, including large gun safes. Ann in the office was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely hire them again!

Due to the amount of items to be moved and wanting to have it done in one trip, we hired two trucks with two men each. Louis was the lead and it was obvious he had many years of experience. All of the four were polite and helpful in every way. This was the smoothest move we'd experienced (and we've moved several times in the last 40 years). No damage was found following the move and considering how much was moved, that's amazing in itself. Additionally, we were very pleased with the price. While we hope this is our last move and that we won't need Warren's Homework again, we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. If we do need a moving company again, Warren's will be our choice! They were amazing.

Warren's charges a Non-Refundable fee to get you on the calender. I booked with them for 3 weeks out, and unfortunately had to change my plans shortly after and cancel their service. So, with two weeks notice, I thought they might be a bit forgiving on the deposit, since they would have plenty of time to put their crew on another job. The lady on the phone was rude, seemed angry, and told me they would absolutly not refund my deposit. Then she hung up on me. A policy of $50 for cancels with less than 3 days notice would be fine. It seems like Warrens likes to make their money on non-refundable deposits, not by providing good services. My advice: Find someone else. If they treat their customers poorly over the phone and are ok with charging people "to get you on the calendar" can you imagine how they would respond if you really had a big issue like damage or theft?

They are awesome. Big house, two trucks, two crews, they helped me pack. They are very careful with your items. Quick. Help you save money in some areas.

Showed up on time, professional. Wish we had them on the other end to load our truck.

They did a great job. Very careful with our furniture. Took extra precautions around our walls. Nothing was damaged or broken. They were prompt to arrive and they worked steadily. Very professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again.

I am very impressed with Warren's Homework. Chris M. and Shawn were AMAZING! They showed up 10 minutes early to go over paperwork and walk through the house to see what needed to be moved. The clock started right at 7 am and these two men didn't take a break for 3 hours. They were very careful with all of my things and covered the walls at the apartment to not do any damage to the walls going up the stairs. When they were done there was not a mark on ANY of the walls at the house or the apartment. They really pushed themselves to be done at 10 am. I gave them both an excellent tip. Shawn and Chris M. deserved it. Thank you Warren's Homework! When I move again you will be the only company I will be calling :-)

I scheduled for a 3-person move. Movers showed up exactly when scheduled. Did a thorough survey of my furnishings to be moved. They were very professional and started to work immediately. Took extreme care in wrapping, handling and loading and unloading. The move was handled very professionally and I was informed every step of the way. What a stress relief to find a company with such professionalism. All expenses were stated when I made the appointment and no "hidden fees".

It went well. They were courteous and showed up time.

Pete and Derek were pleasant and prompt the morning they moved us. They both worked quickly and took care with our furniture and items as not to scratch or damage anything. We had lots of boxes and containers they moved for us as well. Pete and Derek both made sure we were happy with their work. We would not hesitate to use Warren's Homework in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing a good, efficient moving company.

I looked into and priced several movers. At first blush, I felt most comfortable with Warren's Homework, however I left it up to my mother to make the final decision since all of the belongings were hers. Everyone in the office (Ann, Michelle, Christina) was very pleasant to work with. Art (the estimator) was great, and my mother felt very comfortable with him. Their quote was competitive. What I think sets them apart from others is that they insure your contents for their full replacement value rather than per pound like other movers. My mother and I agreed that we would use Warren's Homework. I was concerned about one day to pack everything and one day to move, given my mother's 20 years in the house. I called, and they put my mind at ease about the timing. Travis and Decarlo were assigned to us to do everything: the packing, loading and drive to LA and unload. They always arrived on time, did great work from beginning to end, and were extremely pleasant to work with. They arrived in LA when they said they would, and unloaded my mother's contents with the same professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Warren's Homework and Travis and Decarlo to anyone. Thanks to them, our move was calm and stress-free!

The move went without any problems. The crew was very helpful and courteous. Nothing broken or damaged. Best move I have ever had and I have had at least 12 or 15 moves.

They are excellent. I will tell you they are probably the best movers I have ever worked with. I thought the price was extremely reasonable for what they had to do. I am satisfied with what they did. They were able to meet my date and they gave me a discount because I am an Angie's list person. I would absolutely use them again. I have recommended them to my friends.

When calling the provider to receive information on their services and pricing they were very unhelpful!! I was calling from cross country to get information on having my daughter moved! Extremely uncooperative in providing information on what a range of cost would be! They would not even venture to guess as to how long it would take to move a simple 2BR apartment. I would think that if they had been doing this for a long time they would at least have a range of time that it could take! I wasn't asking for them to set a price I was just trying to compare to see if it would be more beneficial for us to fly out to do the move ourselves! First attempt at calling an Angie's list provider...not a great testament to quality companies!

Amazing as usual. This is my fourth move with Warren's Homework and each time I am amazed with the consistent service along with just how great they are. I never worry about my items or walls being damaged. The movers are extremely professional and just such a great group to work with. Scheduling was also a breeze and very efficient. Will use again and continue to recommend to all in the future.

I arranged for Warren's Homework to move my stepdaughter from her one bedroom apartment in Centennial to a two bedroom apartment at Coronado Ranch (about 25 miles). I made the arrangements more than a month in advance and everything went very smoothly and efficiently throughout. Their office staff are efficient and easy to work with and sure enough (after a confirmation call the day before) on the morning of the move Tony and Ernesto were there and ready to go. They were very efficient as well, got everything loaded and unloaded at her new place in a steady rain, up two flights of stairs, with no damage. The entire thing took just five hours and was smooth as it could be. Great job by Tony and Ernesto, and by this company.

Moving is a nightmare, but Warren's Homework facilitated the process. They lent boxes. Moved everything with care, worked 11 hours with only a 30 minute break. It was amazing how quick and efficient they were.

As good as it gets. Had many movers over the past 20 years, here in Vegas and out in the Hawaiian Islands. Warren's Homework takes the blue ribbon by a country mile. Easy to schedule and manage, terrific team on the move day. Careful with all our belongings. Accurate estimate of time involved. We will use them again for our next move.

Two workers were prompt and worked efficiently and with care.They worked well as a team and did not spend the estimated time I was quoted which made me very happy in working within my budget. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Seriously amazing company! I was driving through the Desert moving from California to Las Vegas and knew I was never going to be able to off load the truck myself. I called Warren's Homework and they girl was so nice, told me the price etc and said to call when I was closer and see if a crew was available. I did a few hours later and they were there in a half hour. Unloaded the truck, did it in a way I could still walk through and just overall did an amazing job! So last minute and they were more than accomodating! Saved my life, well at least my back anyway, didn't even mine my Lab watching them do the whole thing! THANKS!

I have a large dining room set and they did a great job of wrapping everything. They are very professional and wrapped everything really good. They had enough people to do the job and they were very careful with everything. I would definitely recommend them. I have used them twice already.

This company was EXCELLENT to work with! I made an appointment with Ann in the office and she made sure everything was scheduled and did a GREAT job following up with me. The movers who came to help me, Shaun and Miles, were on time to the minute they were scheduled. These men worked from the moment they arrived until they finished without so much as a break. They were SUPER!! They made this move so EASY for me!! They jumped right in and did EVERYTHING!!! They were PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, HARDWORKING, and PLEASANT!!!! They did a fabulous job! They wrapped up my mattress until I told them they needed to stop, lol... they were excellent and took extreme care of my belongings. Todd and Pete were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer.
