Everything went find Hector, however it was very expensive. I had a full system check, a hose repaired, and several drip lines replaced. It took less than 2 hours and I would estimate $10 max in raw materials. The bill was $180. That's $85/hr in labor. Granted it was hot, Covid is going on, and there was the commute, however in the end I felt taken.

Language was a barrier. Had to repeat instructions to get work completed.

Joe was prompt and was able (I think) to fix the cut line. It is under a concrete sidewalk so it is difficult to assess. The other problem still isn't fixed. He replaced two valves and claimed they were high end valves. They aren't according to a friend who used to own a landscape company. The next day one valve didn't turn off and flooded the yard. He also claimed that the reason the irrigation wasn't working in part of the yard was because of another valve. When I called him about the valve that wouldn't shut off, he asked if the other valve had been fixed because that would cause the problem. I told him it hadn't and since the only change to the system was his "repair", it was a valve failure. He came the next day and "fixed" the valve that wouldn't shut off. He "fixed" it by wiring two valves together so the one that flooded ran for 2 cycles. The first time he came, he tried to upsell me for yard service and tree service and commented on the poor state of my trees (I used a highly rated, award winning arborist for my trees). I would not recommend this company and would not hire them again.

Very well. This service provider is very responsive and does an excellent job for the money spent. I contracted with him a 2nd time, directly; to do additional work.

Arrived on time and performed work well. Leak was fixed and ground is dry.

I couldn't be happier with the service.

Water was coming from under the the ground when sprinklers were turned on. I called and was told he would come out the next day. He was a little early, dug up the ground and a tree had broken an under ground sprinlkler line. He repaired it, cleaned up, no problems

Joseph is the best. I've used him for 6 years and I realized that I never wrote a review for him. He's honest, respectful of property and pets, and does exactly what you need and no more.
I had a swamp in the front yard after a few things went wrong. He could've charged me more, but he didn't because he had all parts and could fix everything that was wrong immediately. Not only that, he refused gratuity and thanked me for being a customer!!!

I like them because they're prompt. I called them that same day and they were able to come and provide the service that day. They were very professional. They got it done quickly. The service was done well. I have had no problem since. I even called them for a back-up call because one was having issues shutting off. He told me what to do and worked. I had no more issues. I talked to other people that had similar service done and it sounded like they thought that $300 was reasonable. He was here when he said he would be.

Hardworking guy, honest, and you can trust him. They told me that I didn't needed a new irrigation pump head when I had other companies tell me so. I liked him because they could have easily screwed me over but they did not. Everything has been great all around. He did a really good job.

The guy did an exceptional job. He came out immediately and the price was less than what he quoted over the phone which was great.

They were very responsive. I had a very positive experience with them. This guy was really fast and accurate. He got the job done the first time. I did not like the fact that it cost so much but this guy knew what it was.

The contractor arrived within one hour after I called, gave me an estimate for the work that I believed was more than fair. They performed the work immediately and were finished within a short time. I would never hesitate to hire these guys again and never hesitate to recommend them to other prospective customers.

It did not go well. Their price was way too high. They charged me $200.00 an hour. I asked for a partial refund and he was very unprofessional with his response. In the end, some of the work was faulty. When I turned on the system it flooded the yard. I emailed him to come back and repair it, and again he responded very unprofessionally.

If my fiancee or I knew anything about sprinkler systems, we would have saved ourselves some money. At least this guy was on time (he was actually early) and knew his stuff. He taught me how to work the timer and went around the front and back yard replacing what needed replaced. The price seemed a little steep, but like I said, we have no experience in this area. I would use this company again if I had anything else come up.

this is the second time vegas sprinkler has come to my house. I got there name off Angies List. They worked on my vaules and lines both in 08 and 09. Did good work ,good price and on time.

He was prompt, quick, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Joseph was prompt, and impressed me by keeping in constant contact. He phoned to reschedule (earlier!), and used email as requested on my phone message (I was out of town). He phoned again, when he was on his way. My sprinkler problems were simple and in retrospect, I could have fixed them myself. But I called him, he came, and did the repairs. But then he tried to upsell me on rebuilding and replacing two valves for $400, due to a pipe leak. Grudgingly, I said okay, he should do it in a week. When he arrived to do the big job, I made him take a closer look at why the valve box was filling with water. We both saw that it was simply surface water trickling down, and there was no leak. I felt that his suggesting this costly job was hasty and, as it turned out, unnecessary. He's the expert and should have known. I was almost ripped off.

Joseph did the work and the wrapped the pipe for me. He then reset my sprinkler timer for me.
