They are always helpful. They are always willing to come back out if I need them to. Their work has been great. I have not had any problems since I started using them.

THE SERVICE WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS FREINDLY, HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. THE CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE WAS LESS THAN I EXPECTED TO PAY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THANKFULLY, THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY MORE BEDBUG PROBLEMS. I HAD TWO OTHER EXTERMINATOR COMPANIES TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. ONE COMPANY WOULDN'T EVEN COME OUT TO INVESTIGATE TO SEE HOW BAD THE PROBLEM WAS. HE JUST QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE- JUST A FLAT RATE - I DON'T REMEMBER WHO IT WAS. ANOTHER COMPANY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF $1,500. HAVING BEDBUGS IS A NIGHTMARE AND THEIR VERY DIFFICULT TO GET RID OF. THE PROBLEM HAS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE IT CAN BECOME AN EPIDEMIC AND VERY EXPENSIVE.

They come out in a timely manner and when they say they are going to.

I have a quarterly plan with them. They come out each quarter to treat my home. I have been using them for 10 years now. They really do a good job. We have had the same guy coming out the whole time. He is just terrific. One good thing about them is that they can come out more if you are having issues.

They gave us an estimate and then came back to do some work for us. We signed a contract for a year. They will be coming back periodically. They came and talked about their services, walked through the property and gave us an estimate. We pointed out where we had some problems and they pointed out where there could be potential problems. They worked up a proposal. They didn't immediately want us to sign anything. They then came back with the proposal and made sure that it met our expectations before we signed for a year. I would definitely recommend them. The bugs disappeared right away.

We have signed up for an annual pest control service with them. The person who does the spraying would come late at times, and sometimes he wouldn?t even come.

They were fairly and were on time. They sprayed thoroughly around the house and even inside the garage. I had a recurrence of bugs, just recently, so I called them. They came and sprayed for free.

They seem to be fine. If we have any problem they come right back out to fix it and we've had them for almost seven years now. They charge about 350 dollars a year. I really haven't shopped around so we're still with them and are happy with them.

They are right on time. They determined what services work best for my situation and property. They do a great job and are very quick. They are very responsive and I would recommend them to anybody.
