When it comes to repairing or replacing grout, you could hire almost anyone: a handyman, a plumber, your neighbor. However, for the tiled shower in our 20-year-old home, we wanted to find someone who could repair the grout and do everything right the first time. Michael of Tile and Grout Experts did just that and guaranteed his work. The experience of working with Michael was great from the first phone call to the completion of the job. What really impressed me was how honest and enthusiastic Michael is about his work. During multiple steps in the process, he would call me in to see his progress and explain what exactly he was doing. What makes Tile and Grout Experts different from other contractors is that he seals the grout after letting the grout cure for a couple days. As Michael explained it, this means we won't ever have to replace the grout again because it is fully protected by an acrylic sealant. He also said this will make cleaning the shower much easier, which is a huge plus for me! Additionally, Michael went above and beyond by cleaning the shower head, replacing the drain cover, and painting over the dingy baseboards just outside the shower. In terms of COVID-19 precautions, Michael wore a mask the entire time he worked in our house. I can honestly say that we would hire Tile and Grout Experts and recommend him to anyone!

I hired Michael to repair a shower enclosure at our home. We had replaced the faulty shower valve with a new shower system. The new shower system required cutting new openings in the shower wall and left gaping holes where the old shower valve had been. Michael was faced with repairing the old openings while faced with terrible workmanship on the original cutouts. Fortunately, we had some of the original tiles. He completed the job rapidly and the repair is unnoticeable. His price for the repair was reasonable and we were completely satisfied with his work. We would highly recommend Michael and Tile and Grout Experts for any tile or grout job. We will certainly use him again.

There are not adequate words to express my appreciation to Mike for the incredible work he did on cleaning my tiles. He quoted for the job and was priced just right! He did exactly what he promised to do and then some. He pulled out all my appliances and did a thorough clean behind them. The dirt, cat hair and other grime that was behind the appliances turned my stomach. Mike cleaned all my tile in the house as if it were his own house. You can eat off the floor now! One of the best decisions I made for my outdoor bbq island tile project was hiring Mike and Tile & Grout Experts. Mike s attention to detail was amazing. You can trust him to do the job right and charge a price that s more than fair. The value I got for my buck was 5-star alone. Since the tile was old and the cracked grout was the main problem, I decided to re-tile the entire bbq island to get a fresh look. Mike finished in 3 trips with a timeframe of about a week. I couldn t be happier. Working with Mike was fun and so easy from picking out the new tile, grout and sealer. That s Mike s secret sauce, the sealer. He does work that s made to last. Even outside thru these hot Vegas summers. Again, attention to detail. Being in sales, the best way to know you really took care of your customer is when you get repeat business.
