I called to request a quote for some cracked grout in my kitchen floor and Michael called me back promptly. When he arrived, on time, he showed me pictures of his work and I could immediately tell that he took great pride in his work. He provided me with a fair and honest quote and was able to start the job in a timely manner. When he came to my house to complete the work he explained to me the whole process . He took his time and worked carefully and professionally, again it was obvious that he truly takes pride in his work. Along the way he made sure that I was happy with the way things were looking and again when the job was complete he made sure that everything looked great. I was extremely pleased with the way the job turned out. The grout work was fabulous. Michael even called the next day to make sure I was still happy with the work. Michael was outstanding, professional, great happy personality. He worked so hard all day and went out of his way to do extras and didn't charge us for the extra work.
