Let me start by saying, itâ s near impossible to find trustworthy and meticulous repair or contract people in Vegas. When I tell you Michael took pride, time and care in his work â even that is an understatement. Starting with the quote â he was incredibly fast to return a call and be open to giving a quote and working on the weekend. I was hoping for a quick resolve to this job due to a fast-paced and very busy work life for our family, and it was starting out strong! Less than 24-hours from inquiry to arrival for quote. He arrived right on time for the appointment and from the moment he walked in to provide a quote, he respected our house, removed his shoes and provided his card. Already beyond what we experience for this same service with other companies. There was work done to this shower before we acquired the house and we didn't know what we would be in for. He looked at shower we were hoping to get re-grouted and shared options to what we could do with varying prices â not pushy or sales-ey at all. He showed product, colors, and was prepared to get to work right away. I was thrilled and let him get to it. The duration of his time performing the repair he continuously checked in, showed progress, and ensured I liked the colors selected for the grout. He would show sample areas, before and after and made sure we were on the same page before getting too far into the repair. The constant check-inâ s put me at ease for a normally overly controlling personality! Every line was done with care and with pride and the end result was more than I hoped for â at LESS of a price than other larger companies. Trust me, there may not be many reviews, but I can assure you the job done will be above and beyond. Michael completely fulfilled my expectations. I was moving out of a rental house and fairly stressed about broken fireplace hearth tiles for which I couldâ ve been charged a lot of money from my deposit. He arrived on time for our first meeting, and gave me a fair quote. (He even stopped on his way out and changed out a lightbulb on my porch because I couldnâ t reach it.) Michael was a pleasure to work with, and he has a pronounced work ethic. The fireplace tile repair work was done quickly and artfully. He was smart enough to make a template first because the broken tiles were on a corner, so there were angle cuts involved. After cutting out the broken tiles, he placed the new ones for a perfect fit. Then he added the grout, and as a bonus, he grouted the entire fireplace hearth, so it was not obvious where the broken tiles had been! That was above and beyond! I am very grateful for his skill set and his calming demeanor. Thank you, Michael!

Itâ s rare to find a combination of honesty and work ethic in a business. Mike has both and more. Not to mention skill and flexibility.

I almost never write reviews. Today is actually my 2nd review of anyone. I mention this because I find it very rare to hire a true professional worthy of such a review. This was such an occurrence. Michael undertook a rather complicated task of re-tiling a walk-in shower after the previous contractor had performed very poorly. While Michael, at times, may have been close to the edge of his experience, nonetheless persisted and eventually completed the challenging part of the job in a manner that exceeded expectations! Professional, personable, punctual and very tidy. I will hire Michael exclusively for any further tile work. You should do the same.

Absolutely fantastic job!! We could not be happier. Mike and his brother were here when they said they would be, the job was professionally done and they gave close attention to detail. I couldn't believe my eyes when I went to check the progress they were making on the tiling, and they were removing the old adhesive and grout with tiny picks around the new shower that we had installed! They did not want to cause any damage, however small to the new shower pan. The tile was perfectly laid and even. On top of all that, they guys are really nice and very personable! Hire them!!!!

Michael is very meticulous and very detail oriented. He is also very personable and a pleasure to work with. His work is exceptional and he transformed our 27 year old shower into brand new. I highly recommend him for all tile and grout repair.
