Had loose tile in my bathroom where water had went behind some tile. First of all Mike showed up on time. He explained what had to be done. In addition he cleaned all the tile to start. Then regrouted all the tile and resealed where the tile meets the tub. When all this was completed he sealed all the tile to keep them clean. He is such a professional. Extremely friendly and knows his trade. I cannot express how happy I am. This bath and shower is better than new. You can have confidence in this company. No worries, does an excellent job. Started and finished the job always on time.

Michael is amazing. There is no better word to describe him or his work. My tile floor had grout missing, coming loose, stained, or just plain dirty in all the high traffic areas of my entire first floor. On first arriving to provide his bid for the job he brought in his work light and got down on his knees to actually inspect the problem and give an honest assessment of the best approach to fixing it. His professionalism and commitment to the perfection of his craft sold me on hiring him for my project. Mike discussed in detail the phases of what would need to be done to repair the missing grout, and seal all of the grout making the floor uniform. He made a plan, and scheduled it around my availability. You can tell within minutes of talking with Mike that he truly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the final product. He even goes the extra mile when sealing and covers the areas you don't really think about, like around toilets, and along baseboards. I took his recommendation on using a Sandstone colored sealant for the grout, bringing out the brown in my tiles. It really does look like I got a new floor. Mike arrived early and stayed late to ensure that the phases of the job were completed on schedule. I hope I never have grout as bad as this was, but if I do at least now I know the man to call to get it up to my now high standards.

Mike is a great guy and a perfectionist, he wants you to be happy and I couldn t be more pleased with his work. I definitely will refer him. He comes early which I really appreciate. Trustworthy too.

If you are looking for tile or grout repairs or installation, look no further! Michael is THE BEST! The shower stall in our master bedroom was in bad shape with soap scum, missing grout and stains. I tried cleaning it myself but to no avail. We called Home Advisors and Michael was the first to respond to our call and came out to assess our problem within the hour. His price seemed fair at the time and he could start immediately. He cleaned the existing tile and grout, removed old grout, installed new grout, then cleaned and sealed everything. We were amazed at the results. It looked better than new! Michael was very courteous and professional. He covered everything before he started and cleaned up everything when he was through. Not only is he a true expert in his field, we got to know him better and hes just an overall great guy with a great sense of humor and is a loving, devoted father.

They arrived when they promised. So thorough in every step of cleaning each room. Sealed around commodes, dink s, baseboards and doorways. Cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. I cannot say enough good about these workers. Most outstanding workmanship!!

Mike worked hard and tirelessly all day with no real breaks. He then came back to do a final cleaning and left my bathroom looking like brand new! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Michael Monroe Jr did an amazing job on our master bathroom shower/ tub tile. He removed all old damaged grout; replaced with new grout; sealed the entire area. He also resurfaced and painted our tub area; he also cleaned all the bath hardware. He cleaned his work area very nicely. He is a hard worker and has the best attitude ever. Great work ethic.
