Description of Work: We had an appointment today that he missed. He claimed he lost my contact information.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning my windows for the price charged. They cleaned the outside of the windows, and the few screen that I have, which I suspect is part of the reason that they charged a small price. But I really appreciate that the price was fair for the work done.

Description of Work: These folks are aptly named. They are most certainly the best window cleaners. Did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. They were quiet and efficient and --most important-- they do NOT just come out again at their discretion, clean your windows and leave you a bill. They will gladly come when I call but never initiate services on their own.

Took every screen down & cleaned it, cleaned all window tracks inside & out, even the big sliding glass door to the patio - washed all windows inside & out & they're sparkling! They arrived right on time; the owner of the company & a workman. Pleasant, professional & quick! We gave them an extra 'tip' as they did such a good job (we had another company before that left water puddles on the floor, missed a bedroom window, etc) none of that here, they asked if we wanted anything else done regarding our windows & if they met our approval when done. We'll be using them again Spring & Fall.

Description of Work: They looked at the job and decided that it didn't include the screens after all and they wanted extra for each window. They referred me to the small print which differentiated between types of screens. They should remove the screen service from their Big Deal Title or include all screens. We're very disappointed.

Description of Work: We have a 2 story house and the windows are high on the 2nd story. Best Window cleaning removed the screens, cleaned them and the windows. Will rehire for future cleaning.

Description of Work: Out of town company coming at the last minute. When I called to make an appt, I explained my situation. The person I talked to on the phone said they would be happy to come and wash my windows before my company arrives. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations so my windows would be clean when my company arrived in 2 days.
