Description of Work: cleaning of 20 windows and 7 screens. I have since seen much better price offers ($20 less) and the other company recognizing that some windows may be difficult to access and charging additional $10 for 3 story access. Best Window seemed irritated about 2nd level access as if it was not in the realm of their ability. This irritability persisted from the boss through the entire cleaning making me feel quite uncomfortable. I was upstairs when the boss called out from below "we're all done" gruffly, period. Terrible professionalism and I'm being kind with a C rating because the cleaning was very good. They were done in approx. 55 minutes even with the slightly challenging upstairs windows. I feel like they are used to a 30 minute or so job and annoyed at having to take longer than usual.
