The Best Window Cleaning

Easy to communicate to establish a service time. Came in timeframe designated. Quick service. Result was sparkling windows. Martin is very polite and I was happy with service.

Great. Martin, what a nice young man, called a day ahead to confirm and say he might be about a half hour late. He and one other worker arrived on time the next morning and were done in about 1 1/2 hours. Everything looks great. I bought the "deal" on Angie's for $111 but we don't have that many windows so Martin said it would be less next time. I was curious how window cleaners in general can give a base rate when they have no idea about the number of windows, if you have 1, 2 or 3 floors, etc. Main thing is we're happy and will use Martin on a regular basis. We even referred him to our neighbor.

Very professional. Cleaned windows and screens inside and out. Martin waited to perform the work until after the rains had passed. He did not want to see me waste my money. I appreciated that very much.

They came on time an obliged me by petting my dogs so that the dogs would settle down at having strangers in the house. I had some window and glass door tracks that had not been cleaned in a long time and they did it. He took apart the slider with the doggy door, which I did not expect, and cleaned it well and put it back together. Believe me, it was a very messy job with that particular door -- I won't go in to it here but he exceeded my expectations. He put up with me trailing him :) I was pleased with each of them and the professional work they did.

Two guys showed up and cleaned all are windows inside and out. They were fast, efficient, removed and replace all screens. All in all very professional.

WOW! Martin called the day before to confirm the time. He and Fernando arrived promptly on time. The scrubbed the windows with a special hand scrubber, used a razor blade where needed, used a 'professional squegee' . Brought a special ladder that collapsed for the vaulted ceiling windows. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. I noticed a small spot, returned to clean it and found that it doesn't come off. I couldn't be more pleased and will use them again as well as - Word of Mouth.

Martin and his partner/helper did an excellent job. We had to change the date of their service 3 times because of rain. Martin was very accommodating with this situation. They arrived on time, were very professional and were very reasonable in pricing with some extra windows I asked them to do. I was most impressed with how they managed to clean the insides of windows that were in the upper area of 22 foot ceilings with pot shelves extending out from under the windows. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future.

The demeanor of the owner was stand offish and he seemed resistant to feedback regarding the work. We needed to ask him to re due several of the windows as there were streaks left. He also cracked our window and we had to ask him how he was going to rectify that- he did not offer to pay for it. Due to what my husband and I feel was poor customer service and poor window cleaning we will not be using them again nor will we be using them again.

I contacted Best Windows based on reviews I read on Angie's List and the availability of a coupon. The owner, Martin, called me back immediately and he was able to schedule my window cleaning within two days of my call. He and his helper were very punctual and immediately got to work. They did an excellent job. I was so impressed with the work and the price that I'm going to use this company to clean my windows on a quarterly basis.

I never heard from them. I am waiting to schedule their services. Please do what you can to get them to call me or refund my money and I will go else where. Thanks

It went very will I had two window that he could not clean on the outside due to the fact it was a three story house and he did not have the ladder that would make it to them He did get them done in the inside, He did a great job, I will give him a call again when they need cleaning again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. We used it the following week after purchasing it, and the guy was very efficient. He came at the time he said. He had said he would be here at 7 and he was here exactly at 7. I paid extra for the screens. He was efficient, and fairly quick. We have wooden blinds which have to be picked from the bottom, and he did all that he should do. The other guys that came here, didn't know how to lift the blinds up, and I had told them to put me on their schedule, but they didn't, but this guy put me on his schedule. The price was excellent, compared to what I have paid before. I have already asked him to schedule us in another 6 months.

It went well and they did a good job. They were very efficient. They called to say that they will be late and they showed up exactly when they said they would.

Arrived on time,cleaned windows and screens. Windows are squeeky clean without streaking. Even the small panes on my french doors were cleaned perfectly. Outstanding work and service.

The Best Window Cleaning was excellent. I paid additional because I had more windows. I had to pay for the cleaner of the screens and I think two windows.

The team called in advance to confirm the service, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I has more windows than the Angies local deal covered so they charged $30 for the remaining windows. The were very proactive with pricing for the next time, I would highly recommend.
