The Best Window Cleaning

Arrival was prompt as scheduled right at 07:00 a.m. today - 06/04/2014. It turned out that the screens included in the $109.00 Angie's List Big Deal were "regular" screens - NOT solar screens which is what I have. My 13 solar screens required an additional $2.00 per screen surcharge; apparently solar screens are more difficult to clean than regular window screens. This additionally $26.00 accounts for the total cost of $135.00 instead of the initially expected $109.00. Even at the slightly higher cost of $135.00 this was a service that was well worthwhile and still reasonably priced. All of my outside windows and solar screens had become extremely dirty from windblown dust, dirt, etc. during this past Winter season. Martin Cross and one other employee cleaned all my screens an d made the outside of my windows sparkle in just a little more than one hour. This would have taken me - working alone - much longer to accomplish. I have cleaned these windows in the past by myself and usually have proceeded by doing just 1 to 2 windows each day over one week's time. It's really great to get everything done in just about one hour.

They were okay and I didn't have any problems with the service.

The worked turned out just fine. They did a nice job. I thought they were thorough. They came when they said they were going to come and they did a nice job all around.

How'd it go? I think I covered this in "What did the provider do?" However, it went great, they were right on time as scheduled. Two workers came and one did the outside while the other did the inside. Nice, quiet, quick, and respectful of my property.

1st time we've used a window service. These guys came on time and did the best job possible. Better than we expected. Well worth it.

His profile says his service area is Clark County. (Actually ""Clark Counties.") Boulder City is located in Clark County. But he does not provide services to Boulder City. Seems he should know his service area. Update: Provider responds as though the inaccuracy is nothing, when in reality, it shows a lack of respect for the time of those who are using Angie's List to shop for services. Clark County is huge. It includes Mesquite, Laughlin, CalNevAri and everything in between. His info should make it clear that he serves "Las Vegas and Henderson" or "the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Or even--as some providers do--"a 15 mile radius of zip code XXXXX." So, "an F for that?" Yes. It is misleading or inaccurate or just sloppy...but it wastes the time of those seeking businesses in their area. My time is valuable enough that those who waste it, with no possible benefit to me, earn an F.

Company no showed and then refused to schedule.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out just great. They arrived promptly. They did the job quickly. I felt comfortable having them in my home. I would do it again. There were no additional charges.

Was specific that I wanted all the windows, screens and tracks cleaned: 5 windows and one slider...they didn't do the window that's in the garage facing the front of the house...didn't even ask about doing it. They arrived right on time and got to work and were done within an hour. I asked if they did all the tracks and they said yes, they did everything we'd talked about. After they left, I went thru the house and the tracks were really dirty, lots of dirt in the corners and quite a few of the windows were stuck shut, probably from them and the last company just washing the windows and not cleaning the dirt out of the tracks so now the windows won't even open. I called and said the tracks were still dirty and was told they did the best they could however if they really would've cleaned the tracks there wouldn't be all that dirt inside them when I opened the windows later. And the sliding glass door track was filled with leaves and dirt inside and out. I'm very disappointed that now I have to either clean them myself or get another company to come do what should've been done this first time...the job was quick and inefficient.

They were pretty quick at their job, and they did a good job. He told me that the future cost for the same amount would be $43 for the exterior and another $30 charge for the interior. Future visit would be about $75 for the whole thing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It wasn't my favorite big deal that I've purchased. I wasn't there and my son was there. They ended up charging him extra money and I wasn't quite sure why. The deal was supposed to be for 20 windows for the inside and outside or 30 just outside. I had more than 20 windows but I only wanted the outside done. I didn't find out why I had to pay more. They said they did the best they could do but the screens are still dusty. I wasn't really happy with it. I paid an additional $70. If I hadn't known they did it, I wouldn't have known that anything was done. I was okay with the original price but not with the additional. They were responsive.

Purchased a deal for interior & exterior window washing. Very easy to make an appt, they showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The windows look amazing and I will use them again.

He showed up on time (5 minutes early). He worked extremely fast and efficient. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I have used Martin's services before, and he always does a professional and competent job. Beautiful windows again! As usual, he was right on time. He washed all of the inside windows and his helper did the outside. It was all completed in 45 minutes.

That turned out very well. I plan to use them again. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The price was good and they were also professional. They did all of the house windows; that was about 15-16 windows. They did interior, exterior and solar screens too.

They were on time and did a fantastic job...:) I thought I already wrote a review but will do this one just in case...:) this was done about a year ago and I have just purchased a big deal to use them again soon...:) You will be pleased with their professionalism, quality, punctuality and the price..:) After they were done they asked me to do a walk through to check their work to make sure it was done to my liking...:)
