Great service and support!

Brought my car in to check why it was overheating. T&M analyzed it, and thought the water pump needed replacement and a new radiator. After they did that repair (cost estimate was around $200-$300), the re-checked the car and found out that the head gasket was leaking. They had done a chemical check on the coolant before they identified the radiator and water pump so they didn't think it was the head gasket. They were very honest and told me that they mis-diagnosed the car, and that it would cost $2000 - $3000 to repair the head gasket (and maybe replace cylinder heads). They didn't charge me anything except for an oil change because they had mis-diagnosed the problem even though they had already put money into the repair of the car.

I called for an appointment, and they could take me same day. Dropped the car off, and they were done in 20-25 minutes. In and out no problem. Was in a bind with the battery, as it had just died and needed replacement immediately. Went to them because they were close to home, but I think $150 for a battery replacement is a bit pricey though.

I was really happy with them. It was my fault that the brakes were so bad, but they were very good. They estimated $1400 just in case. They explained everything to me and gave me a print out of everything they did. They said a lot of things need to be looked at on the car.

My experience with them has been excellent! I have been going to them for the last 10 years. You're treated very courteously. They don't take advantage of you, and they're very honest with they're work. They offer to take you back home if the maintenance is going to take a long time. With an appointment it doesn't take long for an oil change. It's very easy to make an appointment, and they always ask what's convenient for me.

I found them on Angie's List; one of the few with positive reviews so I risked it. I dropped the car off on Tuesday, explaining that I was flying out of town on Wednesday and would need to coordinate phone calls, permissions, estimates, and payments during quick phone calls. They were great! I took the car in, knowing I needed terminal ends, doubting I needed battery cables, yet told them I probably may need them, also. They were honest and told me I did not need the cables. YES! Great! Also, I truly did suspect I badly needed a tuneup. They informed me I didn't need a tuneup and the vibration I felt was coming from having no transmission mount from a prior rebuilt transmission place that never completed the job. So that estimate to 'fix' someone else's work was less than the tuneup I asked for. Great! It is only one visit and I'm not trusting of auto service techs but at this point, they've passed a couple of tests of honesty as well as good customer service. A 'biggie' for me concerning customer service is: I'll bring my car whatever day you say, but don't tell me it can be done in one day and then prolong me without extenuating circumstances. They passed that test also as, they told me straight up, they can't guarantee one-day jobs on Mondays as it gets hectic. And sure enough, they had Wednesday to complete it.. and they did. I will now take my other vehicle in but with the same cautious attitude. If anything changes, I will update Angie's List. My tech was Nick. Informative, helpful, and appears to be honest.

You can't beat the level of service for the price! If we weren't moving cross-country in our RV, I'd never go anywhere else for service. Thank you Angie's List for pointing me to this great company.

T & M is awesome. I was never aware of them before because I always use my original dealer. My brother told me how cheap they were and that this would be a great place to have my engine rebuilt. I was glad to have listened to him. My classic is now running smoothly and it did not cost me much at all. It has been sitting for a long time because all of the estimates I got were just not worth it. These guys did an excellent job with everything. I took the vehicle in, had the engine rebuilt, paid them and that was the end of it. It was great, nice and speedy service. I will hire them again if I encounter the need for any other jobs such as this.
