Description of Work: On this trip to us they repaired slats and levels broken beyond repair by my German Shepherd. We are talking about 17 repairs or replacements. They quickly responded to our call. They looked at each damaged area and gave us a cost. We agreed and signed the contract. In about two weeks time SUNBURST SHUTTERS AND WINDOW FASHIONS was back and did the repairs and replacements. The folks that have come to my home to do the original installation and subsequent visits were, professional, friendly, and very competent. I highly recommend this fine business.

Description of Work: Overall we are satisfied. It wasn't quite as perfect an installation as we expected, but in the end they lived up to their commitments and made everything right. Sunburst Shutters is head and shoulders above the other vendors we considered, by a wide margin. They do cost more, but we believe that we received good value for a premium product.

Description of Work: Installed interior shutters in 3 windows and 1 double door. The estimator arrived on time and was courteous and professional. The installers also arrived on time and were efficient in removing the old blinds and installing the new shutters. They clean up and were gone in about an hour.

Sunburst Shutters did a great job installing our shutters. All of them fit to specific measurement. They gave my wife the design she wanted and we have had no problems with them. We feel they have the best shutters and recommend them highly. I'm no sure of the cost because some of the windows were included in the cost of the home. They were so good we had them come to do the rest later.

Sunburst Shutters provided me a great guarantee and stood behind it word for word. They didn't mislead me my saying things like lifetime guarantee which another company tried to sell me on. The shutters were hung evenly and made with good craftsmanship. I really liked the honesty of them and thought I got great results in dealing with them.
