Was in dire need of timely, competent, and honest plumbing assistance for a continuous main line water leak. Through sheer luck, I made contact with Mike Daigneau of SIMPLY hvac/plumbing. Soon after I asked for quotes online Mike phoned me, came over to give me a quote (on Sunday!!) and subsequently scheduled a crew for Monday morning to replace my main water line. Crew was on-time, very nice, obviously competent, and completed the job with my desert landscape completely restored. I got the impression from Mike and his crew that they were genuinely interested in doing good work and doing reputable business over the long term. I will definitely consider SIMPLY for any future hvac/plumbing work.

I called out for a late night emergency after our A/C failed on the hottest day of the year (115°F!). Their dispatcher was quick to pick up, and promply scheduled someone to come out to us within an hour, and there was no surcharge or special rate either. The technician, Steve, called ahead and was out shortly afterwards. He was courteous and prompt, and immediately got to work on our system. He let us know pricing for repair/replacement (which was extremely competitive, much more reasonably priced than larger competitors), and took care of us 100%. Great technician, and a fantastic small company, I'll be recommending them to our friends and neighbors here in the valley.

I hired them to repair the in ground water line to my house from the meter. They got it done quickly, including the clean up, and the yard looks great.

steve came out after hours.. found the problem in a short time and had us up and running within an hour or so. Steve was very knowledgeable and very friendly. These days when you always have to worry about rip offs and overcharges..it is very refreshing to find a quality business and repairman. Thank you Steve.

Very, very pleased with Mike, Daryl, Justin and crew! Competitive price, clearly explained diagnosis of water line problem and work to be done to remedy situation, arrived on scheduled work day, completed new pipeline from our home to street, and when job was done could not tell any work had been done in our front yard at all! Would definitely recommend this company for such work.
