Description of Work: Matt showed up for the appointment on time, was very professional/knowledgeable in his presentation for replacing my current air conditioner/heater. At this point, I have decided not to replace my current system, but would definitely consider Sahara when I do.

Description of Work: When I called to ask about their services I was treated very professionally. I set a date for an estimate and they showed up on time and we agreed to a price. They showed up on time to install the new air condition unit and did the job quickly and again professionally. I did have a problem with the unit working correctly and called them. They came out and fixed the problem. When they insatlled the unit they had mixed up a couple of wires and corrected their mistake. No foul no harm. I would not think twice about using this company again.

Description of Work: We were shopping for a new Heating & AC system and called them for an estimate based on reviews. The young man who came for pleasant and polite but not very knowledgable about his field. Their estimate was also on the high side. We decided not to use them because we didn't have confidence in the young man who was sent out.

Description of Work: After getting 4 bids, we chose Sahara Air to replace our two 20 year old air conditioners and furnaces. We called for a bid and they came out the next day. Matt did an outstanding job explaining everything and you could tell he really knew his stuff.He throughly explained the SEER rating and did not try to oversell. After he explained it all we realized that some of the other bidders were trying to oversell. They performed all the necessary testing to see if we qualified for the Nevada Energy rebate and within a week we had our new units.Sahara Air technicians were professional. Fice technicians were at the house for a full day removing the old units, installing the new ones. They thoroughly tested the new units. We could not be more pleased and even though this was a big investment for us, we know the units are more efficient, environmentally friendly, and we have peace of mind that the air will not go out in the middle of the hot summer months. Sahara Air you were great!

Description of Work: Serviced air unit and came out agian to replace part at no charge a few months later.
