Ordering was easy online, received phone calls if there were any issues, everything was delivered when promised and picked up when promised. It was a great experience. I would use them again.

I don't think I will ever use a moving company again! We had to box and load everything ourselves, but I think that might have been better. The driver was professional and on time.

After they promised not to send the driver that damaged our yard at the first house, they resent him and this time he caused major damage to our posts near the driveway, almost knocking one down, but refuse to pay for the damage. The manager is rude, threatens that he will prosecute for commiting felony fraud if you try to recover for the damage. Beware, they don't take responsibility for their actions. They don't provide local contact info. Manager claims to have records that driver noted prior property damage but never provided copies of those documents (damage which never existed). Be sure to protect yourself because if you have damage you'll probably have to go to court to get your damages taken care of. Don't let these people on your property.

Consumers beware, they will damage your personal property and your physical property (home) and will refuse to pay for damages, forcing you to take them to court.

Pods have very flexible schedules which was quite nice. I really like them because unlike moving companies, you are in charge of your own belongings as you pack them up, you load and unload the unit, and all they do is move the unit. They didn't rush me when it took three weeks to load the unit, in fact they said to take my time.
