The company scheduling was easy, the person showed up on time and was professional. They use a solution sprayed from a back pack sprayer to treat the carpet focusing on any stained areas. Then they use a brush machine to sweep up the carpet. Note this is not a vacuum or extractor, it appears to simply brush the carpet and fling any dirt into a catch basin. The bottom line is I didn't care for the job. The sweeper machine collected dust and debris at the edges of the rollers much like your vacuum cleaner does, and these lint balls eventually fall of from the very edges of the rollers. We found these lint/dust clumps sporadically all over after the treatment/cleaning. I didn't feel this system really cleaned the carpets well as we have had other carpet cleaning done with truck mounted extractor machines that did a MUCH better job. I also did not like the smell that the process left behind. It didn't last very long, by the next day we didn't notice the smell but after the job we did notice a stale musty smell was left behind in the carpet, perhaps as it dried. Between the lint clumps and the smell I actually felt the need to vacuum after the Oxi Fresh guy left! I felt better about the carpet after vacuuming myself. The main reason we tried them was a coupon, and I wanted to try them as we have a baby in the house and they claim it is completely safe for children. We would not use them again simply because I didn't find them nearly as effective as the truck mounted extractors that actually shampoo and clean the carpet. The company was nice to deal with, the pricing fair, the staff reasonably professional - however the process itself in my opinion leaves a lot to be desired.

I was very pleased with the service. Courteous, punctual, effective technicians. In home rugs were dry quickly. Stains were removed well.They honored their estimate, even though I think the area rug took a lot of work to clean. I will use them again. They are excellent!

The traffic areas were pretty bad but definitely looked a lot better after he had finished. They don't use an extraction machine but have a scrubber that seems to get to the dirt. He was very willing to go over a couple of small spots and was very nice to deal with.

I had an appointment set for 6;30. Cris called earlier in the day to ask if i wanted to move it up closer to 4;00. I thought that was great as it allowed me to take off early from a very hectic work day. He showed up right on time and got to work after surveying the scope of work. I was not needing any heavy furniture moved ,but their was just a very small room that added and additional 70 sq feet over the advertised coupon.Cris completed the extra work and the carpets look great. He was very professional and didn't charge me for the small office;citing i was an agies list member and a new customer . That was something i didn't expect, but in this hard economical times it was nice to get a little back. I highly recommend anyone to use the coupon as it was about half of what i usually spend in a year to keep my carpets clean.

There is nothing about their cleaning process that makes me think it is capable of removing dirt from carpets. It is the equivalent of spraying liquid on the carpet and combing it with a brush. No suction involved at all and nothing absorbent applied to wet carpet to soak up liquid and dirt. Carpet looked nearly identical before and after cleaning. Cleaners told me AFTER they had cleaned the whole house that they cant accept credit card as payment, despite every single piece of their marketing saying the accept credit cards. Cleaners did not move a single piece of furniture. Not even sliding the sofa across low profile carpet in order to clean in front and behind it. I even moved it for them to start and they did not move it back to clean the remaining area. I will be going back to Stanley Steamer which I have used for years. Tried Oxi Fresh due to a coupon in the mail.

Because of pets and high traffic areas the carpeting needed a super cleaning in some spots. They use only water to extract the dirt no chemicals to break down the fibers. We were told the carpet should be dry in one to two hours, but in the heavy soiled areas it took longer. The tech was professional and prompt. I have to say the carpets looked good and 99% of the heavy walked on parts came out great. I will use them in the future.

I like the idea of not using harsh chemicals in the home and so called this company even though their rating was not that good. Apparently it is under new ownership and the owner/operator was very punctual, professional, and proficient. He did a good job,took his time, and tried to get out all the stains even though a few were impossible (he only missed one corner). He was very responsive to suggestions and really cared about doing a good job. He also did not try to jack up the price with "add-ons".

The day of the scheduled appointment, the tech who is also the owner, cancelled right at the appointed time citing a family emergency. We rescheduled for two days later,which was not at my preferred time, but I really needed the rugs cleaned. He was prompt and professional. With this new technique of cleaning, the areas I was very concerned about came out great. I cannot even tell where the dog stains were anymore. The area with the ground in dirt took a little extra time but it also looks great. I no longer have a telltale track going into that room. The rugs came out soft, not crunchy, and were dry in about one hour if that. Whatever the new product he used works.This process was much better than the "dry" chemical cleaning. He also took money off because of the cancellation so everything worked out.
