Moon Valley's Plant World Nursery

It wasn't a very great experience. They just kept sending a different person each time. It seemed like somebody kept losing their job in between each time somebody came to give me advice or changed the job and then once they finally got it done, they had to come back at least six or seven times. To fix one certain area, they had to come back three or four times. It just became one of those times where you just had to constantly be texting back and forth and threatening and whatever. They would always say, "Oh, I'm the person that's going to help you. They sent me, I'm the fix it guy," and then something would happen with that person. The communication was poor and the follow through was poor. I would never go back there. In fact, I had a due bill and I never even went back, I couldn't even get myself to walk in there because they made me feel embarrassed that I had to go to that level to get what I needed to get done. It was also quite costly. They were not anywhere near a bargain there, not that I was looking for the cheapest place. Somewhere in between the cheapest and the most expensive would have been good, but I think what I got was really only in the middle. The quality was fine. I had a due bill for four more plants that they were giving me free because of this bad experience and I never went back. I felt embarrassed to even go back in there because I had to make a big deal out of everything. It made me feel like I was spotlighted or highlighted, just in a way you didn't want to be.
