He said that the pipes were too bad so he couldn't tighten anything to fix the faucet, and that it would cost at least another $100 per hour to replace everything, plus the cost of the parts (with a 35% mark up.) I called my home warranty company about the pipes and they sent a different plumber out who said that they were fine and there was nothing wrong with them. That plumber tightened the pipes and the faucet was repaired. I had to pay the second plumber $60 for the service call. I am upset because this company could have simply tightened the pipes for me, but instead the tried to get more money out of my by telling me work was needed when it wasn't.

Things went fine. Parts for some repairs had to be ordered, so not all work completed until they arrived. The parts were free from Price Pfister. They had a lifetime guarantee.

Ray was very professional, he got the toilet to work without any problems.

Casey hit a home run on all four tasks. He explained everything thoroughly. He was also able to adjust the existing tank mechanisms on two of the toilets, instead of running up the bill by installing new parts. That says a lot about his and his company's integrity. He also had me test every toilet after he was finished to make sure they all worked perfectly. I also liked the fact that when I greeted Casey at the front door, he immediately placed coverings over his shoes so he wouldn't track any dirt into the house. And finally, he left everything spotless where he had worked. This is a big quality that I, for one, really appreciate. In the past, I've had to clean up after sloppy tradesmen who left a mess behind after completing the job. These folks are A+ and I would hire them again.

The plumber accidentally forgot to turn the hot water after repairing the kitchen faucet but he came back and resolved the issue ASAP.

My hot water was not getting the pressure it should, nor mixing with the cold water (single faucet system) as it should. Chris took off the front plate, identified the problem, and gave me the option to just replace the cylinder or to replace the entire unit. I opted to repljce the cylinder, so Chris left tj find a cylinder (which was a challenge given the age of the original unit), and came back with one in less thhn an hour. He replaced the cylinder, verified that the hot water was now working as it should, then realized that the cold water could not turn on at that point. He surmised that the piece that fit into the shut-off area of the system was either stripped and/or pushed back too far into she unit to work. He was prepared to fix the problem, which required shutting off the water for an hour or so. We searched for a shut off valve, only to discover that we couldn't shut off the water to just my unit, but rather had to shut it off for the whole building. We went to the condo HOA to seek assistance, and were told that it couldn't be done that day because they had to give the other tenants 24 hour notice that their water was going to be shut off. We agreed to perform the repair that Friday, but Chris found out that all of the plumbing technicians were already scheduled for Friday, so we would have to choose another day. Since they can't shut off the water on the weekend, we had to reschedule for the next time I am in town which is a couple of weeks away. I feel like Chris went out of his way to help me and complete the repair, so for that I am appreciative. I do feel that he was instructed to push the more expensive solution of replacing the entire unit rather than just replacing the cylinder ($900 vs. $305), so was a little aggravated about that, but I can live with it.

Toilet was repaired as needed with no problems.

Ben was on time, checked out the problem, fixed the problem and gave me advice on easy fixing common problems that occur with water with high mineral content.

Overall, the work was performed by a professional and went very well. I have absolutely no complaints and should a need arise, I will use thjis company again.

The service from this company was excellent. Even though they had to come out twice, the problem does seem to have been a bad part since everything is now working very well. Service was prompt, efficient, and professional. I will call this company with any plumbing problems I might have in the future.

He arrived a little late and had a hard time identifying the address. He called and was a bit abrupt and unpleasant on the phone. He parked in front of, and blocked the driveway. When he came in we identified the problems and he took about 10 minutes to call in to someone to explain the problems. Then he dropped the $350 estimate. Seemed high, but you know plumbers. We wanted it done, so we agreed. He was not equipped with the proper parts. He left, not explaining where he was going or when he may or may not return. He did return and performed the necessary repairs (about 20 minutes worth). Then he left. A few details... He became more polite and friendly towards the end of the job. I asked about some parts on the faucet to which he replied, "You could get a few for about a buck anywhere. Really easy to replace." Since he left after that to go get parts, I think he missed an opportunity to take care of the customer and possibly make a positive impression.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's list. I called the company to make the appt. A week passed without a return call. I called back and the dispatcher was very apologetic and scheduled me for the next day. I explained in detail exactly what I needed. I was not informed that the price would exceed the amount of the deal until the technician arrived at my house. I have to admit that the cost of the install was much higher than I expected for what should have been 20 minutes work. Even though I explained what I wanted done on the phone, the technician arrived without the proper tools or equipment to do the job. He had to leave and go get what he needed. That alone added more than 30 minutes to the service call. When he finally returned, he did the job quickly and he cleaned up most of the way. He did however, leave a good amount of sawdust under my sink. All in all he did a good job but the cost and the amount of time he took seemed excessive to me. I would have been really unhappy if I had not had the bid deal to reduce the price. I understand plumbing is expensive, but 218.00 to install a water line from the sink to a refrigerator one foot away just seems alot.

The plumber called before coming and arrived on time. The repair was quick.

Our water conditioner was not working properly and the serviceman (Kinetico) informed me that our water pressure was too low for the system to work effectively and that a plumber would need to replace the water pressure regulator. I went to Angie's list and looked up plumbers. Checked "deals/coupons" first and made several phone calls for cost estimates. I was told by two that it would cost $4-500 for the pressure regulator. When I called King's they said they would send someone out at no cost to check it and provide an estimate. I was very pleasantly surprised to have Casey show up about an hour later. He told me the pricing structure and checked the problem. Confirmed that the regulator needed to be replaced. He looked up the price in his book and quoted me $700 which I said was too much and informed him of the other quote and also that I could buy a "buy it now" from Angie's list and immediately save $100. He then said that being a member of Angie's list and a "senior" that he could provide me with a greater discount. We agreed on $450. i He need to get the part and returned in less than an hour and completed installing the new pressure regulator. He also had checked the shower water regulator and determined that it too need to be replaced so he went ahead and did it (he had already told me that it would be included in the 450. It took him a little longer than expected to replace the shower regulator but he completed all work in a professional manner and cleaned up any debris that was made. I found Casey to be a true professional and he took time to explain what he was doing as well as providing me with several tips for improving water quality and usage. I found him a joy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Kings and especially Casey!! Will use again if needed. Last but not least my shower this morning was the best one I have had in this house since we purchasedit 3+ years ago. The water pressure was great and the hot/cold controls worked perfectly.

We previously hired 2 other plumbers who failed to fix the slow drain in the bathtub. So we finally decided to subscribe to Angie's list and get a better plumber. We found Kings Rooter who had an A review then we went to their website and found it very informative. So we called and told them our problem. An appointment was set , they showed up on time and they fixed the problem. Casey the manager was knowledgeable, patient and very personable. He even came to the house with the plumber to look into the problem and provide us with a solution. Rey the plumber was courteous and competent. Great people. Great company. Thank you very much. We are very satisfied with your service and customer care.

My waste disposer burned out and was also leaking so I called Kings got an immeadiate response and they were knocking ay my door two hours latter and was finished promptly
