Description of Work: Kings Rooter came out to my house and they were very professional and polite over the phone and in person. My problem seemed to have fixed itself before he got there but we ran some tests and he discussed some option if problem came up again.

Description of Work: I naively thought $200 of plumbing service would be at least an hour and a half of work. I needed a garbage disposal replaced and a toilet seat installed in one bath. The technician arrived, opened his quote book and informed me that a disposal change would cost $305 (the disposal itself cost $270). I cancelled the service at that point and contacted Lowes who promptly did all the work I requested for a charge of $80. Total time involved in work was less than one hour
