Fast to respond. Showed up on time, completed work quickly.

Unlike many repairmen, Luis texted me to let me know he was on his way, estimated time of arrival, that he might be a few minutes late, etc. I never had to sit and wonder when he might (or might not) show up. I had been warned that having tiles removed and replaced would be very dusty, but there was none. He was unsatisfied with the grout match on his first try and bought more and replaced the first grout. He was considerate and easy to talk to.

Second floor shower and tub grout repair job. They did quick and effective work and matched it perfectly. Looks great and a very fair price.

So far 1/2 job completed. On time very neat, fast and Luis is very friendly . Luis removed some shower tiles for plumbing access. Comes back again to put new tiles and green board back next week. So far so good.
