Techs are paid hourly, so no pressure up-sales. *Also specializing in: Tile & Grout cleaning, Tile sealing, Upholstery Cleaning, Stone Tile polishing & seal. J2 Commercial Cleaning our janitorial division, provides office cleaning, building janitor service, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, stone tile polishing, floor waxing, window cleaning, pressure washing, maintenance. All employees are professional, insured, & use our top of the line equipment & cleaners

I was extremely pleased with the work that their employees did for my house. They were professional and kind and clean. They were good at explaining exactly how much everything was going to cost and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need. They cleaned up after themselves and I will definitely be calling J2 Carpet Cleaning back.

Timely, professional, clean was very good, although there was candle wax on carpet tech did pretty good job removing it after a few days the discoloration returned

Very good service. The process was explained completely when I made the appointment. When the guys came to the house they were very courteous and worked quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them. I definitely will use them again.
