Description of Work: Had an appointment for measurement of Windows and sliding door. Technician did not show up on day and time that was agreed on. I called the office and I was told that Bryan their technician went to my apartment and that a woman opened the door and he was told he was at the wrong house. Bryan also alleged that he called my phone. There was actually no phone call , also it is incredulous what he said about being in the wrong house unless of course if he was not in his conscious mind . The appointment was rescheduled and Bryan came. He was professional but he did not elaborate much on his answers to my questions. Also, the pricing was exorbitant.

Description of Work: Came to my home on time. Patiently explained products. Gave free estimate. Did not place an order at that time. Definitely will call them in the future.

Description of Work: We need blinds for all the windows in our new home approximately 14. I shopped around and House of Window Coverings was fair and I feel we got a quality product. The consultant brought samples to my home and took measurements. Someone else came by to confirm the measurements and the blinds were made. They were installed about 3 weeks later. They look great!

Description of Work: They did Plantation shudders, one traverse drape and one valance. I'm not certain of the dates of install. The report from my tenant about how smoothly the installs went was overwhelmingly positive. My sales person kept in touch with me via email and was present during the drape and valance install. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: Shutters for whole home. The owner Christopher came out to our appointment, and was prompt and on time. Did a very thorough evaluation of plantation shutters for all windows and doors, and provided a better bid than any of the top rated competitors on Angie's List. I highly recommend to everyone.

Description of Work: Purchased and installed vertical blinds at our sliding glass door. The installer arrived on time and did an exceptional job with the installation. There was no damage to our walls. He cleaned up after he completed the job. | |He explained how to operate and to care for the blinds.

Description of Work: Just bought a foreclosure and I needed window coverings throughout the house. The house has more than 40 windows and I wanted to get it right! I walked into their store at Tropicana and Ft Apache and I was blown away, what an incredible store and incredible selection. I was approached right away and helped by Christopher, one of the owners and he had wonderful ideas all of which I am doing. Great staff and so creative!!
