Their tech was very professional and he took the time to explain what was going on. He went through the steps with me and he didn’t try to up charge and corrected the things that were done wrong. Interestingly he told me that the part that the other company ignored was a warranty part and he said if he’d just taking the time to look at the manufactures date they would know that they could have done this at no charge to me. I heard their advertisement and it caught my attention what they gave a list of the things they do including the acid was and the $129 price. They are a nationwide company and they are not just a professional air condition company but they are one of the most professional air condition company I have ever dealt with. They replaced any missing screws or wiring by previous people, they fix it, they leave it better than they found it. I recommend them to anyone. I have a fourth unit and they worked on it without charge. I am going to use them for summer service.

I am really disappointed in the charges. $200 for 30 mins work and a $15 part was horribly expensive. Then the invoice they sent included a supply line that they never even installed. The whole time the man who came to the house kept telling me about how I should have hired a plumber to install my new kitchen faucet (I am a single mom who just bought a house and don't have money to pay someone to install a faucet which I can do myself). I was peeved because the faucet install was fine...the valve is what I needed replaced. Just because I am a female doesn't mean you have to treat me like I am too ill advised to call a plumber when I am in over my head. I installed my own dishwasher, faucet, etc. I am not a moron. I knew I couldn't replace the valve as it was over my skill set and I did call a plumber. It would be amazing if one of these men would just say thanks for hiring my company to help you and just shut up. I was happy with them coming out less than an hour after I called. That part was awesome as I did not have to miss a day of work the following day.

Jerry explained the situation and Joe provided the service needed, in such a way that we were assured of their quality and professionalism! They turned a very bad day into a better day in believing our service will still be covered, when we found out that the Honest Plumber dumped his ANGIE recommend business and left customers on their own.

Sunny Plumber had taken over for the previous company (the Honest Plumber - name was not indicative of service). The service person was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found some problems that needed repaired and gave good advice about future needs.

I will not use any other plumber but The Sunny Plumber again! Techs Joe and Jack were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. I also purchased the Home Maintenance Plan which included plumbing inspection as well as heating and air inspection and tune up through their HVAC partner Honeybee AC. They have been diligent to contact me when inspections under this plan are due.

this was my first time to use THE SUNNY PLUMBER. The water tank behind the toilet would not stop filling with water after the toilet was flushed. As the tank was getting 3/4 full I grabbed a bucket and a large container and started dipping water out of the tank and running outside to empty the bucket. I saw no relief in sight so I went to the computer and looked for a plumber who could come out right away. Art, the Field Supervisor, came out and shut the water off to the toilet immediately. He told me the switch at the back & bottom of the toilet is for that purpose. He evaluated the situation and told me that the parts were old and needed replacing. Chris was the plumber who came out very soon to replace many parts and told me that with the new parts I should never have any more problems like this. I was very pleased with both Art and Chris.

Joe was great. Took time to answer questions and show me certain things with regards to my plumbing (future things to watch). Also discussed ways to get my water heater to last longer with the LV water.

It went great! they came right away and had the new water heater on their truck. We had hot water in a matter of a few hours. The old water heater was not installed up to code so they explained to us what needed to be done before the work was started and finished it promptly. They took the old water heater with them so we didn't have to deal with it. They bled all of the lines and checked all of the plumbing in the house and said everything was in great shape!

Gary and Jeff were on time and did a great job. They took all off the old stuff away and left the job site clean. I really like the floor protectors they wore during the job. Gary explained how the new water heater works and all of the warranties.
