Description of Work: Initial clean up and take out two small trees and replace them

Description of Work: crew was polite and helpful. Did front and back trim of plants and bush's. Cleanup was decent.

Description of Work: I had an appointment within a week of contact. They removed all debris/ground cover/leaves. Pulled all weeds and trimmed bushes. Work was done within 2 hours and done very well. The workers were very professional and polite.

Description of Work: The appointment process was not as simple as it should have been,. It was confusing, like I was applying for a mortgage. But, did make appointment within a few days. The workers did what was expected, but , were obviously not given proper landscape equipment and ill equipped .by their company., Did the best they could, without needed tools. . I cannot fault the workers, . I did tip them. Workers were good and worked hard, but were definitely handicapped by lack of equipment, Sorry would not use this same company again.

Description of Work: I called this service to get an estimate. The secretary told me that they offer same day estimates and called my husband at work. He arrainged to take off work at 4:00 the following day for the estimate. I called the office the following morning,stating that my husband would be home about 4:30 and we would like an estimate. She stated " We are 5 days out, I have no times for estimates this week". I reminded her of our conversation stating "same-day estimates" she stated " OK, Im going to end this call" and she hung up. I wanted to purchase the coupon... but I couldnt get past the front desk :(

Description of Work: They came on time trimmed all the bushes back and cleaned up and really did a great job. I would have them come back anytime.

Description of Work: Johnny and crew did a clean up on my large messy backyard and fixed the sprinkler system. they did a fine job and my yard is back to the way it should be.

Description of Work: Well I had desert landscaping bought the big deal for 129. It was very deceiving because they send two guys out for ONE hour. Then if they go over the two hours they leave the work unfinished or send you a new bill to complete work I ended up paying 129 for backyard and 140 for front. They do not take debris away they want to charge 35 $ extra! Even though the coupon states it's included. They leave all bags on sidewalk. I do say they do a good job if you manage to get past all their online forms, which in itself is a hassle. I had 1 light out and asked them to fix it THEY WANTED TO CHARGE 99 for it!!!!! I passed. Wow, for those who have slot of cash this company is great!!!! But becareful because they like to up the price a few times...
