No problems. David gave me a date for the work to be done, then later specified a time. His people showed up right on time, got to work, and completed the job in a timely manner (two partial days because the stucco had to dry thoroughly before being painted).

Only took two days ,excellent work.

We had an issue with the color of the trim around my front door. Although I had already paid him, David remained accessible and extremely helpful in making sure the proper color was applied and that I was completely satisfied. He didn't abandon me because he had been paid. I am very impressed by David's excellent customer service and I will be contacting him in the near future for another painting job that I need to have done.

DC Painting LLC does very good, neat work. No sloppy drips. DC Painting LLC was efficient, It took his crew a couple of days to complete the project. I do not have one complaint. I would use them again and recommend their service. I was impressed with the fact that they don't take a deposit before starting the work. When the job was complete they emailed the bill.

I am so pleased! David's crew was professional. They did not have any overspray on the floors, used plenty of paint for full coverage and cleaned up before they left. This is not the first time I hired DC Painting and it will not be the last time.

It went absolutely great. Jose and Walter were the workmen provided by DC for the project. These workmen were on time and did a great job of cleaning the garage and porch concrete floors and a superb job of applying the paint.

Excellent. David was professional, punctual and accommodating. We painted our over-sized master bedroom with an accent wall. Here's an email I sent David after meeting him for the first time: "David, I just wanted to mentioned that I had several estimates from different vendors. All provided estimates that were the same or lower than yours. What made the difference to me, which is the reason why we decided to use your company, is because you were the only vendor who took the time to come over and actually see the room before providing an estimate. I appreciated that."

DC Painting was one of five companies we called for quotes. And yes, they were the company that gave us the highest quote. In our case, we were not looking for the lowest bidder, but the highest quality of work possible. We were impressed with David Cordon's punctuality, communication and professionalism. His was the only company that gave you a quote on the spot. He looked at the property, went out to his truck where he had a computer and a printer, and took 20 - 30 minutes to give you an immediate quote, with all the necessary paperwork. He was the only one who did this. There were other companies that gave us quotes, but did not put the details in writing. What they do not realize is the importance on the attention to detail. If they couldn't even put time into doing the quoting correctly, how can you trust the detail on the work itself? The folks at DC Painting came on the established date, they powerwashed, prepped, and primed every single square foot of the property. This took them about a week. The prepping included the full replacement and repair of the stucco wall and other areas that were falling apart on the structure of our home. They masked everything properly, and started to apply paint. They were meticulous as to what type of paint went where. High quality paint for the house, another type of paint for the metal structures, the proper paint for the wood trim, etc. The painters were courteous, and professional, and after two and a half weeks, they finished the job as promised. We saw them work at every step of the way, and we are sure that this paint job will last us well for over the next decade. It is a shame we won't have to hire such a good company in the near future. However, we can definitely recommend their services if you want quality work. It is not worthwhile to skimp on quality if you are planning to live and be in your home for years to come. As usual, they were prompt, did very good work and cleaned up afterwards. David has painted both the exterior and interior at my home and all the jobs were done professionally. His painter, David, was exceptionally nice.

My husband and I brainstormed list of concerns and provide to each we contacted. David from DC Painting responded in a timely matter and able to meet our concerns. We scheduled an appointment (David was on time) and walk through the project. His estimate was more then others but the work was excellent. Melvin and his crew were on time, meticulous and very professional. I would recommend !!!!

DC Painting LLC did an outstanding job and we would definitely use them again. They were on time, pleasant and professional! Now we know who to contact for any of our painting needs.

The facia on both stories of my home was primed. They used two (2) gallons of primer. But when it came to painting over the primer, one of the painters left the job site. The remaining painter painted the first story, but left the second story unpainted as there was no one to hold the ladder on the roof. They used almost one (1) gallon of paint. The other gallon was placed in the back of their truck. Not sure what happened to it after that.

Great! I'm a remote owner, and rent out the house. Even though I wasn't there to oversee the work David and his team did a great job, great communicator, and did quality work.

They did a fantastic job; they did a great job. My doors look fantastic, very nice; and they cleaned up when they were done.

These men are professional, very neat and do what they say they're going to. They use high quality paints. I can't say enough about these people. For the mop boards, they gave me a quote of $750. It didn't take as long as they estimated and I only paid $650. They even did some touch up work, that they didn't even have to. At 80 years old, I'm very impressed. On a 1-10 scale, I would give them a 12!
