My floors went from "cloudy" to shiny as a result of his efforts..He was meticulous in his work and did the job at a competitive price. I've had carpeting cleaned hundreds of times over the years and CFS is by far one of the best in the field. This was the first time I hired them and they deserve a 65 star rating to say the least.

We would hire again. They were very professional, quick to reply and went the extra mile to help take before and after pictures for us since we were at work!

They are extremely professional and clean, did several (6 jobs) for me on my rental properties in Club Aliante. Every time they performed miracle on the carpets and tiles due to tenant's abuse. I wouldn't use anyone else even though they are cheaper.
