Description of Work: They painted the exterior of my home using three different colors. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful in matching the colors and giving me what I wanted. Yes, I would strongly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Painted baseboard, stained front door, stained banister and wall caps. The baseboard was OK. The front door was stained and looks fine. The stair banister and wall caps were spray painted with stain. They did not do any prep work, no sanding, filler and now the stain is wearing off. I then asked for a bid on patching holes from former light fixtures and paint the kitchen ceiling. They said OK, but never came back, called or returned my call. I'm not a mean person so I don't know what their problem was with doing another job for me. Perhaps they knew they did a sub-par job on my stairs.

Description of Work: We contacted CertaPro Painters for a bid to paint the soffits and facia wood trim for our one-story home. Rather than getting a response from the CertaPro Painters listed on Angie's List, they sent our Kelly Williams who also owns a CertaPro Painters company. He was very thorough with his review of our home and what work would need to be done. He was courteous and professional, and gave us a very detailed estimate. However, we are going with another contractor for this work, as his price was quite a bit higher than the rest. Also, we did not have detailed Angie's List reports on this particular CertaPro Painters business, but rather, the reports seemed to be for the company located in Henderson, NV.
