Description of Work: They were professional and curtious and right on time but the dark gray stains in my carpet didn't change. That was the whole reason for calling them in the first place. I feel like I wasted my money.

Description of Work: I had one great room carpet cleaned ($70 min. general cleaning). |They offered additional services, "Deep Cleaning"($30)-"Sanitize and Disinfect"($40)- "Carpet Protectant"($50)which I did not choose. The carpet is over twenty years old and they did a great job of bringing out it's best. They vacuum before cleaning. |I got a quote for a huge microfiber sectional couch ($368 plus sanitize, disinfect and protect another $283) but it was too much for me to put into this 6 year old couch but I had them clean the 3' x 3' ottoman ($48)so I could see what to expect. It came out well but there were some stains that could not be removed which they advised me beforehand could occur. Probably not going to invest that much money into cleaning it. |I loved the quick drying time. We have a swamp cooler in our home which generates humidity but it still dried in a couple of hours. |One more note: I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone asking the owner,Chris,about carpet cleaning in general, the difference between his company and the others and what to consider when I choose my carpet cleaners. He was very knowledgeable and excited to answer all my questions.

Description of Work: Overall, I was pleased with Carbonated Solutions as this was my third time utilizing their services. The biggest issue I have my carpets is dogs throwing up on them. Most of the stains did come out. I did find two spots in the corners that were missed by Carbonated Solutions, the reason why I gave a B for Quality. I used the $260 Six Rooms from Angie's List and then added the Stairs and Deep Cleaning to two particular spots.
