Description of Work: The Carbonated team was absolutely wonderful. I had a really really bad expereince with Stanley Steemer in which I finally just had to ask that they leave. I emailed Carbonated, I received an email right back. I explained that I needed a large area rug taken out to be cleaned. They were all set from there. They came to my house ON TIME, did EXACTLY what needed to be done, returned the rug ON TIME and did a GREAT JOB!!!!! My rug looks brand new, the guys were super nice, they brought it upstairs and un rolled it in the location that I asked and then asked if they could do anythign else to help. I will definitely use them again and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and product that they delivered.

Description of Work: They cleaned 3 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. It went quick and smoothly but it wasnt what i expected. They dont use suction but instead use absorbant pads on a floor buffing machine. Maybe it works but i dont get that all fresh clean feeling. Guess i should of read the details on how they do it before i hired them.

Description of Work: Their schedule response was very quick and accommodating. Workers showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. No upsell tactics on our job but we did pay extra for the stairs, which we thought would have been included. They did a good job and cleaned up before they left.
