Description of Work: Carbonated Solutions cleaned the tile floors and grout in my rental home. After completion, I noticed there was still a bit of a dirty film on the floors so I called and ask them to return and give a second rinse. They were very apologetic about it, and made an appointment to return within a couple of days. The floors were sparkling when they left! I have used Carbonated Solutions in the past and have been very happy with their service and their professionalism. I would use them again because these reasons and because of their responsiveness.

Description of Work: They cleaned the couch. I couldn't see how it was anything different from what I'd done myself with a washcloth. They just soaked it more and scrubbed harder and more uniformly. If we didn't have a two-year-old, maybe it would be worth it, but this couch needs regular cleaning, so the deep cleaning was kind of a waste for us, as it looked pretty spotted again just two weeks later.
