Description of Work: They cleaned the grout in my kitchen. I have a beveled tile that collects dirt and is difficult to clean. They cleaned the grout. When it dried, I noticed that it was not as clean as it had been when previously cleaned. When I have them clean the grout again, I will ask for a deeper cleaning.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my master bedroom, master retreat, hallway, and stairs. They did a fabulous job!! I'm selling my house in the next 2 months and I'll have them do my entire house. They got the black out on my stairs. I couldn't believe it.

Description of Work: Service was meant to clear urine smell in carpet from friends' dogs going wild when I was out of town. Smell was back within a week. The guy was great and very friendly, but they weren't able to accomplish what was needed. Could probably handle basic cleanings very well.
