They are very thorough, professional, on time and pleasant. Price is fair and agrees with estimate. Will use them in the future.

I called to schedule the service on a Friday, they came on a Tuesday. The technician called before he got here, he was clean, professional and easy to deal with. He explained all my options but was not too pushy (I did end up paying extra for a citrus treatment, I am glad I was given the option to do it and I did decline the protector and deodorizer.) The carpet looks amazing, it really was dry in 3 hours and all the vomit spots came out. I would certainly hire them again!

Had the job done the same week as inquiry. Arrived on time, completed job in stated time and carpet looked wonderful. Would definitely call again next time carpets need cleaning.

Carbonated Solutions did a great job with our carpets. Santiago, our technician, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, was on time, and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me that I asked of him. He didnt push services on me, either. The house smelled so clean and fresh afterwards and the carpets look fantastic. With everything they did for the price, I plan on having them clean our carpets every six months. I recommend them highly.

They were fabulous. We had treatments done by them. They were a little pricy but they were worth it. They did a very good job. They were on time and they came when they said they were going to. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do and gave us our options. We purchased a few things which they offered. They were polite and careful around our furniture. They were very professional people. I will keep using them and I have recommended them to others who have also been happy with them.

The new house carpet had LOTS of stains. They were able to identify and remove most of them. (candle wax and soot). Sadly, they weren't able to get out some of the bigger stains, but I truly didn't think anyone could. At least I know the floors are sanitized and can wait to replace them in time. The rental was a small property with only carpet upstairs. The man who came to clean them was on time and friendly. The carpets looked amazing when he was done. He even helped me carry out the last big moving box from the house. Overall, the receptionist was lovely and the crews were efficient, hard working and honest.

They called before they came to give us an idea of when they would arrive. There were 2 men. They explained exactly what they were doing, so we were all in agreement and gave me the price before they started. We went out for a walk while they were in there. Everything was dry in a few hours. The technician was very knowledgeable about the carpets and the cleaning system. I felt comfortable about having them there and was happy with the work done.

They were fantastic. The work is wonderful. The two men who came were efficient and very nice. The sofa was actually covered in hidden cat hair that I wasn't aware of. It came out looking like new. Whatever process they use works. Things get damp but were not soaked.

I wasn?t a fan of the method by which they cleaned but it worked pretty well. They way they buffed the carpets left white fibers.They were pleasant enough. I believe they were just a little late.

It turned out really nice. They were personable. They were good. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing and they took care of business.

The 2 servicemen were very polite and punctual. They did answer any questions we had on their services. The problem was with the price. I was quoted 160.00 over the phone and it turned into 340.00 when they arrived. The one room, which is used as an office, had very bad track marks.Also we have two dogs and one had left marks on one rug. They did pretreat all of the areas that needed it, but I don't know if it was worth the price we paid. The rugs do look good, but that was the highest price I have spent on getting them cleaned. Since this is the same type of cleaning process as the Chem-dry company I used before, I may just go back to them as the price was better.

The team was on time, professional attire , did what they said they would do and the results were great---eapecially the 2 couches looked liked new.

Carpet looks almost like new. Just bought the house. The carpet looked pretty dirty in a couple of places, but I was concerned about products a carpet cleaner might use to clean the carpet. I have a 2 year Granddaughter was goes just about everywhere on that carpet. So, I had to watch what was going to be use. The products they use are eco-friendly. Even the high traffic areas came out great. They did need to use a treatment on the high traffic areas, hence the more expensive cost. It would have been $100 otherwise ($70 for the 2 rooms and $30 for the stairs).

I called on a Thursday and left a voice mail and received a call back in less than 1/2 hour by the Manager, Chris, who booked me with a very short time frame for a Sunday carpet cleaning service appointment. I am a very careful consumer, and naturally wary of strangers in my home, so I asked a lot of questions. Chris advised me of the services available in detailed and very relaxed way-not a pushy approach at all. As the carpet in my apartment had not been cleaned for 2 years, they had their work was cut out for them. Technicians Matt and Clayton arrived on-time and ready to go! While Matt answered our questions about additional treatments, Clayton started on the carpets. They also freely gave much information on after care upkeep, and some do's and don'ts of what not to ever use of our carpets. The carpets came out AMAZING! They removed the worst kinds of stains that were still in the carpet from a bad Apartment Homes complex cheap steam clean. I absolutely plan on hiring them again the next time the carpets are in need! It was the week of Christmas when I had my appointment, so we had holiday music playing, and a grocery order being delivered in the kitchen; the only free room without carpet lol! So...having now recovered from the holidays, I wanted to make sure I wrote a report on Dry Process of Las Vegas!

The two employees were very conscientious. We liked the fact there was no chemical smell from the upholstery as well as from the carpets. Our furniture and carpets look good. However, in one room there were some remaining stains in some of the upholstery (this furniture had not been professionally cleaned before and it's several years old) and a high-traffic area on the carpet (this carpet is more than 10 years old), so we contacted the company. We were pleased that they promptly sent out an employee to touch up these items and now they look good.

They were very poliete and had a quick response. I would recommend them and use them again.

The Berber carpet came out surprisingly well, the regular carpet, all stains came out, but the traffic patterns are still evident and darker than the light carpet. The 5x7 area rug looks great. Any furniture that was moved was by me, except for 1 table I specifically asked him to move. He never volunteered to move anything.

Em-ailed company for info and received immediate response from Erika. Erika gave me many options for service. Booked day and time, Erika followed-up with phone call to confirm. The service tech, Santiago, called before arrival. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job.

I called them for an estimate and set up an appointment for them to clean my carpets (five rooms and a hall)and love seat. The appointment time was a two-hour window, but they said they'd call 30 minutes before they would arrive, which they did. They (Santiago and one other man) got here toward the beginning of the two-hour window. They walked through the house with me, and I showed them a traffic pattern that would need deeper cleaning and one small spot that would also need additional cleaning. They asked the age of the carpets and asked if I'd ever had them cleaned before. They were glad that I had not because that meant there was no old residue in them. They offered additional services (disinfectant, protectant), but I declined them and was not pressured at all. They began by vacuuming and then started cleaning. They worked quickly, taking only about two hours to clean the carpets and the love seat. The carpet cleaning process they use is different from steam cleaning; so the carpets were almost totally dry by the time they left. They looked so beautiful when they finished that I didn't want to ever walk on them again. :-) I was also really impressed with the work they did on the leather love seat. It looks better than when it was new, and it feels so supple. I am definitely going to use them the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

From the get-go, Dry Process was both professional and friendly. Erika and I emailed frequently to confirm their service, the time and date, etc. We were actually uncertain that we'd be able to keep the appointment since closing might have been delayed, but they were very gracious through all of that. Then Chris and his partner arrived a bit early, started at different areas of the house, and completed their work quickly and efficiently.
