I have never had the grout cleaned on this house. Because my Mother died, I was forced to get the tile and grout cleaned in order to turn it into a rental property. The grout had never been cleaned and reached the stage where it had turned black and gummy. I had tried several times myself to clean this and only managed to get it slightly better. I called Carbonated Solutions and they recommended a treatment and gave me a price per sq foot. The Technicial arrived on time and quickly went to towrk. He explained to me how he was going to clean and seal the floor In about 2 hours the tile and grout was cleaner that what little I had been able to accomplish in several days. The Technician was extremely neat and efficient. I cannot believe how good the tile looked. I will never try to clean tile and grout again. I also like their discount program on referral business. I have already given out their cards. I knew this company was good at cleaning carpets, but they are exceptional at cleaning grout and tile.

t was easy to schedule, the folks that I talked to on the phone were friendly and efficient, the technician was communicative, friendly, on time, and the carpets looked many times better than they did before. The carpet did dry more quickly than with "traditional" carpet cleaning. I was pleased with the service and would hire them again.

We started using them and found out that all of our neighbors are using them too. I like everything about them, they do an excellent job. They did a special job for us and they were very pleasant and hard workers. Their price was very competitive. The other companies that I dealt with were large and this one is small and family owned and local. The service was very personal.

The technicians, Santiago and Kyle, were prompt, courteous and very professional. They were able to come to my house earlier than my appointment and they called us beforehand. Santiago took the time to get details of the carpet's age and prior cleanings. I have two bedrooms, an office, living area and a walk in closet. All of the entries to each room were deeply soiled and looked disgusting! The two gentlemen worked diligently for about 2 hours. Since I have (am cursed with) light beige carpet.....everything shows! After they were done with the cleaning process the grungy dark areas looked like the rest of the carpet. This company uses a 'carbonated' system and they say it dries in a couple of hours. Since my carpet was really dirty they must have used more of their cleaning product. The living area, which is open, did dry in about 2 hours. The back of the house took longer. The walk-in closet didn't completely dry until the next day. Other than the drying time, we were very satisfied with the end results. They did offer to do other procedures (i.e., carpet protectant, sanitizing), but once we declined there was no sales pressure to have these done.

Reviewed Angies list for a quality company. Called Erica and asked for further details. Send out a technician in uniform and marked vehicle. Provided guaranteed price for cleaning gout and ceramic floors and kitchen and bath tile. Set appt, arrived promptly. Worked hard, no complaints from them while working. One young fellow seemed a bit slower and less enthusastic than I would have liked, but Santiago, busted his chops wihile working, Please with outcome. Would recommend them to anyone. I plan to have my rugs cleaned with them as well as a few pieces of furniture after a move. So that should tell the reader of this review that I would clearly recommend this company.

They were there for just few hours and got the job done for the cost that they quoted. I think it was about $1000. We are happy with them. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They did an awesome job. They were very professional, the carets looked wonderful, and estimated drying time that they told me was accurate. I will be using them again. There are no complaints because they were professional, responsive, and wonderful to work with.

They were very good. I was very happy with them. The price wasn't cheap, but they did a good work. It was a wool carpet. They took it out and cleaned it. Two guys came out do the work. They did a nice work on carpets, and it came out very nice. They did a good job cleaning the carpets. They cleaned the spots on the carpet. I would recommend them. They were very punctual. They were very friendly, polite and clean. They don't deserve anything than A. They were really good.

The company had agreed to shampoo my two front seat car mats for $10.00 but in the end Amos did not charge me because he was not happy with the result. To me that is a great company, very ethical. Amos said we would try again next time. And there will be a next time for sure.

They were very professional over the phone and in person. I won't wast my time dealing with other scam carpet cleaners. Carbonated Solutions does a great job and the quality of their service is excellent.

Scheduled an appointment with them and had a window of 11:00am to 1:00 pm. At 10:30 am, Alex called and said he would be there at 11:00 am. He was right on time. Alex inspected my carpets. I told him that "This is probably the last time I will have my carpets cleaned because I was going to replace them due to stains and wear." Alex explained the "restorative process" that might give me another 1-2 years on my carpets. I decided to take a chance. Alex quickly went to work on the carpets. As he proceeded throughout the house, the moved some minor furniture. He was extremely efficient and neat. Alex went so far as to pick up some carpet fibers that had dropped on my laminate floors. Alex took care that he did not leave my house in a mess. When he was finished, I was amazed at how clean my carpets were. They look better than they have in years. The restorative treatment was definitely worth the money. I asked Alex about grout cleaning and will definitely call to schedule an appointment in 2012. I have had Zerorez and Stanley Steemer. Zerorez left my carpets dirty and the technician was rude and kept trying to sell me expensive and unneeded services. Stanley Steemer did an adequate job, but left spots and it took 24 hours for my carpets to dry. It was so nice to have clean carpets, no spots that dried in 2 hours. What was also good was Alex's professionalism. He was knowledgeable about all services, but only made minor recommendations. He never gave me a hard sell. I had to ask him. I am very happy I bought this "Big Deal" and would use this company without the "Big Deal". They also have a nice rebate program for referrals. I would refer them without the referral program, but it is always nice to get a discount.

Santiago and Amos are here now--I don't even need to have them finish before rating them---these people are FANTASTIC! I just moved into a house where the carpets haven't been cleaned in several years. Quite a bit of wear and dirt tracks, old stains, etc. I had requested the whole house package which was five bedrooms, a hallway, and 12 stairs. Santiago called earlier this morning and asked if they could come slightly earlier than planned, which was fine with me. They both introduced themselves when they got here--very pleasant, laid back, and professional--and they went through the house to see what needed to be done. I wasn't expecting a perfect job, due to the age and the fact that I plan to rip up the carpet eventually anyway, but Santiago made sure to tell me what would and wouldn't come up. I just told them to do as good a job as they could. They went over the estimate with me before starting any work, and made sure I knew what my options were. About an hour and a half in, I offered them something to drink and they suggested I come up to inspect--VERY impressed! Much cleaner than I would have expected and a pleasant citrus smell. Since the carpets were damp, Santiago made sure to tell me to be careful going back downstairs onto the tile since my feet would be damp. I thought that was very considerate. One of the reasons I chose this company was their use of environmentally friendly products--we have cats and I worry about chemicals getting on their paws, as well as a chemically-sensitive husband. I now know that you don't need harsh chemicals to get floors cleaned and I'm very happy with my decision. The carpets look very close to brand new ad I couldn't be happier.I would most certainly recommend these guys to anyone who needs carpet cleaning or anything else done. Their wide range of services ensures I will find something else for them to do, and I will not hesitate to call them again. The woman who set up the appointment was extremely pleasant, made sure to reconfirm the day before, and the guys' attitudes made it a pleasant experience all around, which goes a long way with me. I'd rather spend extra money to have nice people who do good work--I got more than my money's worth with Carbonated Solutions! Thank you all very much!

All was done on time, professionally and fast. In less than two hours it was dry and we could return furniture back in . My concern was mostly about persian carpet. I felt relieved when they first checked to make sure colors won't run. I also bought a bottle of their cleaning solution ( $20 ) for future spot removing. All said, it was a good experience and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Carbonated Solutions to clean the floors of a house I was getting ready to rent. About 25% of the flooring was Travertine marble and I brought out Carbonated Solutions for a quote specifically due to other reviews on Angie's List that I had read regarding their ability to work with Travertine. Chris gave me a quote that was very reasonable. I had previously had other cleaning companies in to do this work and I knew what I had paid for before. Chris came in on the appointed date and I have to say that I am more than pleased with the quality of work that was performed. The marble looks better than any other company had been able to do. Cleaned and polished along with carpet cleaning. I am very pleased and highly recommend Carbonated Solutions to anyone who asks.

They are very knowledgeable. I will show them a stain and they will ask what it is about. They will tell me whether or not they can get it out and they will do everything they can to get it out. Santiago is probably the best at getting out stains. I had stains all over the place in my rental property and he was able to get all of them out except for one. I knew he wouldn't be able to get it out because it was cherry popsicle and it never comes out. I will use them again.

This was the first time in 7 years that I had had my carpet cleaned. I kept meaning to put down hardwood, but got a reality check and decided to clean the carpets instead. I had moderate-heavy soiling all over. In addition, I have two cats, one of which is a diabetic who thinks the carpet is an acceptable substitute for her litter box and one who practices Olympic class hairball tossing. Rounding out the group is a long haired chihuahua. I got the all house $150 special, with additional cost for stairs and intensive treatment of stains. Alex was on time and professional. I had been told that the usual time was 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After the initial inspection, he estimated it would take 3 hours. It took exactly 3 hours. He moved light furniture and did an initial vacuuming. He told me which stains would not come up and which ones would. He was correct. He was very efficient and professional. The carpet overall is much brighter. As it dried there was a pleasant citrus smell. It dried in a few hours and there was some residue left on the carpet (fur and whatnot) that needed to be vacuumed up. I was encouraged not to vacuum for at least 24 hours. Some ancient stains didn't come up, but the newer ones were removed, which was a pleasant surprise. After I vacuumed the next day, I was amazed at how good it looked. I'd forgotten the original color of the carpet, but it's back now. My only complaint is that now all my furniture looks dirty and I'm thinking about having them clean that as well.

Great! First of all the company is not one of those push hot water onto your carpet and then barely suck it up. That process has RUINED two homes wall to wall carpeting and i will never use it again. Next, the company was able to book our appointment within two days which was very important to us. The price of $140.00 was good. The driver called us the day of the job and wanted to know if he could come early.....I love that ! He couldn't because the house was a rental of a deceased relative and we were unable to get there early; but still.... I love that ! there was a dirty path in the carpet as all rental carpets have and the technician suggested some extra ....something. I can't remember but the whole carpet turned out great! In fact it looked better than when my mother in law moved in one year prior. After my revolving door daughter, my ten year old grandaughter, their dog and cat move out I am calling these people right away. !

The quote over the phone was accurate and the appointment was scheduled. Technician was on time and was polite. Carpets were cleaned and was very satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely use this company in the future.

I have mixed feelings about the method used, but the results are wonderful. They use a buffetting bonnet that apparently gets up the stains and leaves the carpet much drier than other methods (a plus), but it also leaves bits of white "fluff" all over (easily vacuumed up, however). The technician was on time, very friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. He answered the few questions I had and got to work. The carpeting in two of the rooms had some noticeable stains that a previous cleaning (different firm) had not gotten out entirely. Carbonated Solutions method removed them completely. I was extremely pleased with the results. I had two "complaints", neither of which effected the actual carpet cleaning. The first concerned the phone call the technician made to let me know he was on the way. I have caller ID and the call came from a Washington area code. Since I don't know anyone in Washington, I almost didn't answer the phone. That left me with doubts about the firm. I wondered if I'd let myself in for a fly-by-night outfit. The only thing that kept me from cancelling was the fact that they had so many positive ratings on Angie's list. The second complaint concerned the work van. While the technician was cleaning my carpets, the battery in the van bit the dust. I understand that happens, but when the technician asks my neighbors for a jump? We have very friendly neighbors, but, still, it was a little embarrassing. I would think there would be some sort of backup plan for things like this - like calling the office or an auto club or something. These are minor complaints, but they do detract from the professionalism of the company. It won't stop me from using them again. I was, and remain, very happy with the way my carpets look.

Excellent! They called before the arrival time to ask if it would ok to arrive a little early. They cleaned all of the previously agreed on carpet and dinette chairs, and were very agreeable when I asked them to add on a couple of extra bedroom. The work was done very well. Santiago was very friendly and knowledgeable.
