Received their estimate via phone, no visit was required as my job was a "minimum" fee. Company sent 2 employees to take a look at the sofa, address my concerns and finalize the size of the loveseat and what I wanted done. After this was completed, they set to work and completed the entire process in about 1-1/2 hours. As they had moved the loveseat to a tiled area before cleaning, they moved it back when they were done and told me that it wold be completely dry by the next morning. They also told me that there would be a certain roughness to the feel of the microfiber which would be minimized after it dried completely and was touched or used. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and they cleaned up after themselves, had me sign the final paperwork and I gave them a check.

Great job and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The crew arrived within the agreed time frame. They were clean, efficient and professional. The floors looked like new when completed. I would recommend Carbonated Solutions.

I appreciate that their process is healthier than others for the consumers, but I really need the carpet to look clean. My rating is only less than perfect because of the final outcome. Everything else about the service was excellent.

It was very easy to get an accurate estimate over the phone. The appointment was also easily scheduled. When the two gentlemen came out, they gave a call to say they were coming, were on time, and did a great, thorough job. My tiles and carpet look great and will be easily maintained.

Sure is a different process than the traditional method. This one stayed cleaner and the "carpet tufts" stayed up longer even after walking on it for a while. The process was quicker than traditional method and dried faster too. Will definitely try them again.

From the first phone call with Erica (if my memory serves) to final sign-off on the work, everyone involved with CarbonatedSolutions of Las Vegas was exceptionally helpful and polite. I did not have a large time frame to work with, so Chris, the owner, came over to do the estimate the second day after I made the initial phone contact. He measured the carpet and tiling to be cleaned, then wrote up an assessment and estimate. The assessment was thorough and correct, and the estimate was reasonable (and ultimately right on-target). Again, because my time was limited, Erica scheduled the technicians to arrive within two days of the estimate. Santiago called to let me know they were running late, which I appreciated. When he and Rocco got to the house, they were extremely thorough and patient. It was obvious they were juggling a very demanding schedule that day, but they gave my carpet and tiles all the needed attention. Nothing was shortchanged because they happened to be "slammed" that day. In fact, they spent at least an hour more on my house than originally estimated. They thoroughly vacuumed and swept first. Then they did their magic on the tiles and finally the carpet. Santiago and Rocco were an excellent team. They worked exceptionally well together, and both of them were polite, patient, and professional. They answered all my questions knowledgeably and courteously. Most of all, they used their special technology to its maximum effect. I never would have expected that my old, very soiled carpet even could be so clean again. But it is! And the same goes for the floor tiles. I would recommend CarbonatedSolutions to anybody in the greater Las Vegas area. Absolutely fantastic job, guys! I couldn't be happier!

Overall it went good, not great. It was done very fast - about 45 minutes. 3 bedrooms, 1 hall, and a living room. UPDATE 12.4.2012 I didn't think it was a very good job. After he left the first time I noticed some dark spots. He came back and redid it. After he redid it. I took a wet paper towel and rubbed it into the carpet, it was still coming up dark. I just decided to get my own machine to do it. I am much happier with the job I do.

we received a call 30 min before the technician arrived and he arrived on time at the appointed time. he assessed the carpeting and told us that some of the stains might not come out. he wanted us to know that he would do his best but his best might not help some areas. this is one year old carpeting which we've had issues with so we let him do his job. he vacuumed the carpeting then cleaned it and it looks amazing! most if not all the spots are out and the carpeting looks great! we would definitely use carbonated solutions again!

The technitian was friendly and promt. He wasn't at the house very long. The carpet didn't look very good when he left but he assured me that was normal and it would look great in the morning. The next day my husband and I went over to the house to do some cleaning. The soles of both of our feet turned black from walking on the carpet. We cleaned them off in the bathtub, only to have them turn black again when walking on the carpet. I was not happy with the service at all.

Great appointment , scope of work and scheduling , very professional workman , only lacking in the vacnum prep , did not vacnum edges and corners , only general areas with an upright vacnum leaving alot of pet debris & etc. worked into the cleaning process , mostly likley due to a lack of proper training and understanding of his craft . 1st dissappointment of any Angie list referrals .

The servicemen were very punctual and professional. They even did the rest of the stairs for free! The carpet looked great after the cleaning. I would definitely use Carbonated Solutions again for future cleanings.

They did a great job cleaning it and it almost looks brand new now. They arrived on time, came and went without any problems. I have recommended them to many friends and am very pleased. I will definitely use them again.

They were good. They seemed to be very professional and seems to do very good. they were a little pricey then I thought it would be to be perfectly honest with you. We paid $99.00 for 3 rooms then we have 4 bedrooms upstairs, a hallway and stairs. I know stairs usually cost more but then again we had some extras added to that. We did have the scotch guard and all that stuff done and that always ups the price. So, if we would have done the basic it wouldn't be so much but we decided to go ahead and do the work. I guess they are all high and you get what you pay for. they did a nice job, excellent, they were right on time and they were very professional.

It was great! We have children and pets in the house, so the cleaning was definitely necessary. Once Carbonated Solutions had finished, the carpet almost looked like new.

They use a special carbonated solution to clean. They do such a good job cleaning the upholstery that I had them clean the carpet. The pricing was extremely good. It was a very reasonable price. They called and said they were going to be there and showed up on time. I needed to have this cleaned so I could rent out the building.

Called for an estimate on Friday and talked to Erika . She was very thorough, professional, and accommodating to my schedule, and booked an appointment for the following Tuesday. Amos made a courtesy call in advance, then showed up right on time. He inspected the carpets, tile and grout, explained in detail the processes he would be using, made suggestions (but NOT a hard sell!) about the appropriate grout sealant and carpet sanitizer/protection, then provided a detailed estimate before he started. He worked quickly and diligently, completing the job in about 2 and a half hours. The carpets turned out beautifully, and Amos even cleaned a small adjoining hallway in addition to the living room. They dried in about an hour, and I could not be happier with the results. My tile has never looked better, and the grout came amazingly clean given its initial condition. I will definitely use Carbonated Solutions for all my carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning needs from now on!

They cleaned and deodorized the rug. I have used them several times and have been satisfied every time. I will use them again in the future.

The carpets came very clean, all stains were removed and once the enzyme treatment dried (more than a couple hours), there was no odor. The quick dry time was impressive and convenient. The carpets continue to look clean nearly 2 weeks later, but the pet stains were very light and there was minimal wear or traffic pattern discoloration to begin with. What I didn't know when purchasing "extras", it is inefficient to change treatments for selected areas, so it appears all areas were treated for all treatments purchased...even though we purchased them for select areas to minimize cost. The technician was punctual, pleasant, informed, and professional in his approach to cleaning our carpets. He worked tirelessly until the job was done. The only concern is the industry standard of not moving heavy furniture. I would pay more for that service to get wall-to-wall cleaning. Two people should be assigned the job and moving furniture should be part of the service purchased. The technician answered questions and made it a positive experience. The quote at the time the service was arranged was several hundred dollars less than the final amount paid, but we agreed to the extra services, believing they were important to the final and long-term results. In the end, the carpets look better than they did after Stanley Steamer's service several years prior...for close to the same price. I would choose Carbonated Solutions again over other cleaning methods and other companies.

Alex called to let me know he could come earlier than our appointment and I was overjoyed. He went right to work after introducing himself and explaining the process. He worked thoroughly and efficiently. The carpet was not soaking wet as I had experienced in the past. I was encouraged by the entry ways, but still not satisfied that they were cleaned. Alex told me to let it dry overnight and I thought this was probably one of those promises just to take the money and then I'd never see him again. I was shocked the next morning to awake to promises fulfilled. We were delighted and would certainly have Alex clean our carpets again. THANKS, ALEX, for a job well done!!!!

Erika was great on the phone, giving me pricing for additional rooms ($35 for cleaning or $45 with deodorizing) beyond the "4 rooms plus one hallway Big Deal" at $90. She informed me that the technician would carefully inspect all areas with a black light for pet stains and greater soiling of high traffic areas that would incur additional charges, which sounded to me as both a good practice and reasonable. We discussed the possibility of a repair to a small ink stain in a highly visible area as well. Work was scheduled between 1:00-3:00 p.m. and I received a heads-up call to let me know to expect someone more toward 3ish, which I appreciated. One technician, Amos, arrived around 3:00 and spent a half hour checking out the residence and discussing the various levels of service/applications from which I could select, noting the different percentage levels of satisfaction guarantee attached to each. He assessed light to moderate soiling with a couple high traffic areas requiring special attention in addition to addressing some pet stain areas. Because I had not had the carpets done in many years and since I had made the effort to vacate items to facilitate easy moving of small tables and furniture, I opted for several services that Amos communicated as providing the best possible results: restorative cleaning, sanitizer, acidic flush, and odor treatment. My home has never had any pet urine odor as I apply Nature's Miracle whenever I detect the need, so there was no pet urine odor prior to the application of cleaning materials, but, like Amos advised, the odor following his spraying was no longer noticeable after a day or so. He worked very hard for approximately three hours which included additional effort on two areas in the master bedroom and bathroom that have lighter colored carpet and where high traffic dirt was still very evident. Most of it was successfully removed. He also tried to remove the ink stain unsuccessfully which was likely due to my prior efforts of applying alcohol that I had read online was a remedy. I felt Amos worked hard and even earned a good tip, but after reading all the other reviews manifesting scopes of work and associated costs, it gave me pause when reflecting that I'd paid almost $700 for approximately three hours of actual carpet cleaning with only one technician, not a team of two as most reviewers noted. Only a few of 40-some reviewers paid more than I, and they made mention of inclusion of sevices in addition to their carpet cleaning such as Travertine marble or numerous furniture pieces. No one else even mentioned an "acidic flush"? That being said, I am satisfied with the cleaning results. I acknowledge that it was my choice to agree to the upcharges for the aforementioned add-on procedures resulting in a cost greatly exceeding what I anticipated, based on my initial phone contact when setting the appointment. My rationale, as I told Amos, was that I simply wanted the best possible job to be done. If I use this service again, I probably will not include all the add ons.

We started with the carpet cleaning.They removed the soil from the traffic around where the beds had been and a spot stain from the previous owner's pet. They were on time, fast, courteous & professional. When done the carpets looked fresh and new even though they were probably original to the house (1998). A few days later we had the tiles done. My wife had noticed a residue on the tiles, probably from old sealer. We were warned that the high pressure cleaning might remove any loose or cracked grout... and it did. We probably lost a 4-5 inch chunk of grout in one room. The tiles, however looked like new. Overall, they did a great job and didn't try to pressure us into any add-on services that we didn't want. My only complaint is that it looks like their equipment rubbed against the newly painted walls and trim in three areas when doing the tile (one very noticeable spot was about 6 inches long about 6 inches above the floor). I didn't complain because we had movers coming and anticipated more paint damage from them. Afterwards we touched up the paint ourselves.
