Employees showed up on time, were very courteous, They explained the treatment options and costs, and explained what results to expect. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves. After a few days, the back of the love seat appeared to be a little darker shade on the lower area, so we called them and asked about it. They came out the next day, to take a look, and although they thought it was not a cleaning issue, they re cleaned the back of the seat with no hesitation and no additional charge. We were very happy with their service.

Santiago and Jorge were great and I would definitely have them back again.

It went well and they were very professional. Showed up on time and did a thorough job. The only caveat I have is when using the coupon it is for carpet cleaning only. They will try to upsell you on dirt guard, stain guard etc...

They were quick but through. This is a different technique than I have seen before. 2 people did the work. They moved things back into place. I was happy with the outcome. The carpets were cleaned in March, I noticed In October that the carpet seemed to have "rippled" in several places, so I called and asked about it. They said that sometimes, the carpet may pull away from the "nail strips" during cleaning but it usually tightens up after it dries. They agreed to send out someone to look at the condition of the carpet even though it had been six months. When the technician showed up, I had moved thing out of the rooms I was concerned about. The technician showed me the problem was really that the padding was overlapping causing the ripple (most likely from the glue coming loose). He worked the carpet a bit to reduce the ripple, but felt it would be best if the installer were to look at it. My floor in wood and the glues stick better to the usual concrete floors found in most homes in Las Vegas. When they were ready to leave, they moved the furniture I have taken out back into place saving both my back and about 2 hours of work.

They did a great job, I highly recommend them.

Received info about this company from Angie's list. Called, left message. No response that day nor the next. That is unacceptable to me. Others may have had a good experience but failing to return a voice mail is inexcusable to me, so it's an F.

They were on time and discussed extra cleaning I wanted and the price. I decided and they went to work. Everything dried very quickly...within 2 hours we could walk on it and it was perfectly dry. They did it slowly and professionally. VERY HAPPY!!

I was very impressed with everything overall. I called Oct. 1st and was able to set up an appointment for them to clean my carpets the very next day. The price was exactly what I was quoted. The technician who cleaned the carpet was on time, polite, and professional. The carpets looked great and smelled great( and I have a cat and dog). I will absolutely hire them again when I need my tile and carpet cleaned.

Tne fella that did my house gave me good puppy clean-up info. He was very helpful.

The techs were great to work with. The lead also has dogs, so he understands what we'll sacrifice for them. Their service is the FIRST carpet cleaners that we've had where the old stains didn't reappear within a few weeks of the cleaning. They moved most of the furniture, even when I tried to help them out, which they kindly refused. I liked the scrubbing machines that they used, and that it was dry when they left. My spouse has always sworn by Stanley Steemer, but he's changed his mind after seeing what a great job this has been.

Working with Ca rbonated Solutions of Las Vegas was positive from beginning to end. I received an initial estimate over the phone from Erika. She was friendly, professional and knowledgable. She answered all my questions and the price agreeable, so I scheduled the work. Schedule availability was immediate. I received a call from Santiago (the lead technician) the day of the job. He was running ahead of schedule, so he asked if he could start my job early, and I agreed. He arrived on time as promised. Santiago and I reviewed the areas that needed cleaning and he asked about any add ons that I may want to choose (sanitizing/protection). We reviewed and agreed on the final estimate prior to work commencing. All scope items I had previously discussed with Erika in the original estimate were priced as quoted, so no surprises! Santiago and Jorge (technicians) were both friendly, professional, courteous, efficient and respectful of my home the entire time they were here. They took care handling my furniture, they protected my wood floor, and since I work from home, they were also conciencious of my work related needs (worked with me on timing of when to work in which areas). Santiago kept me informed of any potential issues as the job progressed (ie: certain stains that would not budge, etc.) He was very good at setting appropriate expectations of the results. The work was completed in about 3 hours and I am happy with the results. The 20 year old master bedroom carpet even came back to life and looked nice! The carpet and upholstery dried quickly and we were able to sit on the upolstery within about 2 hours after they left. I would definately use Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas again!

Santiago of Carbonated Solutions was great. He explained the "dry process" carpet cleaning to me, and after he was done I was "converted." I will never use a steam-cleaning carpet cleaner again. The result was amazing! He got out spots etc. that were in the carpet when we moved in. Fantastic! A++ job. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived exactly on time. Was very nice. The carpets were dirty from moving and the traffic patterns were very noticable. The carpetcame out fantastic. Will use them in my new house when the time comes.

Santiago and Frankie arrived on time. They introduced themselves and, while Frankie started vacuuming, Santiago surveyed the house with me to determine what needed to be cleaned. They worked quickly and thrououghly, leaving my carpeting and chairs in beautiful condition. I was told that a small area in the dining room that was water stained may not be perfect upon drying, but I see no trace of the damage so far and it's been over a week since the work was done. Our small hallway leads to the garage and we use it as our main entrance to the house, so the carpeting in that area gets especially dirty. Santiago told me he was not able to get the hallway as clean as he wanted, but it looks great to me. Both Santiago and Frankie were very friendly and professional. I hope they are still employed with Carbonated Solutions when we next need to have our carpeting cleaned. I was very happy with everything.

I wasn't home at the time. My husband spoke to the serviceman. Nothing eventful was said.

They called me about an hour before our scheduled appointment time to see if it would be okay to come early. I really liked that, and within about fifteen minutes the service guy and his assistant arrived. It took them about an hour and a half to do the job and as they worked, the service guy explained with he was doing and what he couldn't do -- it had been a long time since our last carpet cleaning and we started out with a pristine white carpeting, so it wasn't possible to get some of the high traffic areas to come back to their original white coloring (especially after having a teenage boy's normal mess), but I understood and I was fine with the job they were doing -- let's face it, no one can do the impossible -- but they did an excellent job.I definitely recommend this company, and next year (if I can afford it), I will definitely use their services again.

I was excited to hire this company after reading so many positive reviews. How disappointed I ended up being. They suggested several additional services which were much more than I anticipated but I really wanted my carpets to be as clean as possible. I wish now that I had stuck to the standard cleaning which was supposed to dry in 2 hours or hired someone else. For starters, they used the water from my bathroom which surprised me, but worst of all they broke the bathtub faucet handle in the process. The carpets didn't dry in 2 or 4 or even 24 hours. I assume that was the result of the humidity from the rainstorm and the additional services. By the time everything dried enough to put furniture back in the rooms, I had company coming in from out of town which was when we discovered that the bathtub faucet had been broken. I had cleaned that bathroom before the carpet cleaning and not used it so that it would stay clean. My guest was unable to use the shower due to the damage to the faucet handle. I contacted the company as soon as we discovered the problem and at first I thought that we would be able to find a resolution. They wanted the technician to come out and view the damage. I requested that the owner come out to the house along with the technician since the damage was not exterior but interior. The owner did not come. The technician first tried to explain how they couldn't have broken the handle, and excuse after excuse. At one point he said that he'd "wait to tell my husband the problem." The technician wanted to 'fix' the handle with his tools at which point I let him know that I wanted only a certified plumber to fix it since we had just replaced that handle six months earlier. The anger in the technician's voice let me know that we couldn't work together so I asked him to leave and said that I would prefer to talk with the owner of the company. He left and told me that the owner of the company would get back to me. Twenty four hours later I have called the office again and requested to speak to the owner. I was assured by the office staff that the owner would call me back. But I have not been called. I have contacted my plumber to fix the shower handle and I will not have any more contact with this company. For a service that was more expensive than my car payment, I expected a lot more professionalism. While I concede that the carpets are clean, the damage caused in my bathroom and the unprofessionalism exhibited by the owner and the technician is not worth the hassle.

I was very disappointed with them. They were eco-friendly Company. I scheduled them and they showed up early. Then told me that I was mistaken about what time I had booked them but I was not as I had written it down when I booked them. They were also scheduled in my ex-husband’s house and I ended up calling them from there. The floor was wet till 9’o clock at night. I had scheduled them mid noon and they showed up at 8’o clock in the morning and I hadn’t even had the furniture’s removed so I accommodated them and we had and moved the furniture but our carpets were so wet at 9’o clock in the night and were dirty a week later. They used oxy-clean or something and I don’t think it really worked and I was very disappointed. I called them later to tell it didn’t dry and they never even returned our phone call. The price wasn’t worth as it didn’t work as they didn’t do what they said they were going to do. I have a carpet in the living room which is 11/20 in a hallway and I had front part of one bedroom done which was 4’/8’ and it was $262 it was wet forever. All the stains were showing back up and I just felt that he just sprayed water on it. I was very disappointed and would never ever use them again.
