They are excellent. They are very professional and very good. I would rate them highly. Their prices are on par and so it’s good. It is reasonable.

We have a big house with lots of carpet real estate. Knowing the work involved, my wife & I moved as much of the furniture out of the way as we could. The team at Carbonated Solutions came on time and did a top rate job. The carpets were almost dry afterwards. The even helped us move the furniture back..

Great company, very professional. Bought house, needed entire carpet cleaned. They sent a 2 person crew to work on the carpets. Took about 3 hrs. All trouble areas came out beautifully. Will definitely use again!

Everything went well overall. The crew was punctual, polite and professional. All areas cleaned look almost good as new. We were also provided with information on how to continue to clean all the areas and keep everything in good condition.

They were prompt, but it seems like the first time they came than the other times they came. They charged $190 for 400 sq ft. It wasn't even all carpet! And they kept telling me I needed all these other treatments. It was too expensive, for mediocre work.

They were punctual, professional and pleasant. I had purchased a deal through Angie's List, but had much more tile than the package I purchased. They gave me the same price for the bulk of the additional square footage, which they didn't have to do. I knew the cost of all services before they started. The team was very thorough and I am very pleased with the results -- the grout on the tile is so much brighter and the color is even; the carpet looks excellent and all traffic areas are bright and clean.

They did a nice job. They were fine and they were on time. They were very professional and very timely. They did a good job. The other company uses a different method and Carbonated Solutions use a different method. It was perfectly adequate service and I had no problems whatsoever. I don’t need this particular method of cleaning on a regular basis. If there was another really good big deal that came out and I just needed a surface type of cleaning, I might use them but it has to be a pretty good big deal.

They were quite good but they didn’t get all the dog smell out of one bedroom.

They were very professional and concerned that the job they did was satisfactory for us. They worked hard and the carpet and marble floors came out well. I will call them again, soon.

They were very professional from the start. Great to speak with and schedule as well as when they showed up they looked over the areas and discussed what they would be doing. I will definitely use them again.

The team that showed up was very knowledgable not only in carpet but the tile flooring we had. I was very please with the professional cleaning received with everything. My couch looks Brand New ! and white carpets restored to white again.

Recently moved into home with very dingy, stained blue berber carpet. Had intended to replace soon after move in, but decide to try and clean it first to see if I could get a little more time out of it. There was one very large stain in the hallway, which I considered permanent and just threw a rug over it. Called for an appointment on a Wednesday and they were able to set appointment and arrived ON TIME on a Thursday. Technician explained what he would do, offered some other services (which I declined) and went right to work. He was thorough, pleasant and professional. And unbelievably GOT THE STAIN out - Awesome! Carpet looks great and expect I won't need to replace it as soon as I thought. Yay! Will definitely use them again.

I paid additional for stain guard and some restorative services. They were punctual, courteous and explained everything to me. My carpet is about 12 years old and there’s not too much that can be done about it, so I think that they did the best they could do, due to the condition of the carpet.

The house had been flooded by a burst water supply line. After carpet re-installation (by another Angie's List contractor), Carbonated Solutions came by to clean it. The team came in and pre-treated, cleaned and sanitized all rooms. Although not part of the promise, they did a small amount of furniture moving, too. All rooms looked great when they finished.

They did a great job so I also used them for my oriental carpets.

The carpet cleaning crew (2 people) arrived and reviewed the areas to be cleaned and explained their additional services. We decided to have the carpet protectant applied as it would allow the carpets to stay cleaner longer. We did not have any pets or other reasons that the carpets might be unusually dirty. The head of the crew explained what their procedures were. We had removed most of the furniture and other objects from the carpet areas, but there were some heavier pieces (a double bed and a heavy reclining couch that the cleaners moved. The cleaning process did not involve any strong-smelling cleaners and the machinery used was not particularly noisy, so it was easy for us to be in the house while they cleaned. Two of the rooms had office furniture that could not be moved without dismantling it, so the cleaners worked around those items with no problems. When they were done, they explained that the carpets could be walked on immediately, but it would be best to let the carpeted areas dry for several more hours before putting furniture back. We opened windows and the carpeting dried quickly; the cleaning process did not leave a lot of residual water in the carpeting. We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning and so asked what other house cleaning services they provided. Upon learning they cleaned tile and grout, we asked for a demonstration of grout cleaning in our kitchen, and were very impressed. We requested and received an estimate for cleaning the tile and reconditioning the grout for the whole house.

Overall, they did a good job and we were happy with the service. I'd use them again.

Good job; the workman was punctual, quick and the carpets have stayed clean, so I conclude not much residue was left in the rug.

they were trying to upsell a better service for more money

When we called Carbonated Solutions the phone was answered immediately by one of the company's owners. I did not have to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback. After answering a few questions I was able to get a reasonable quote for the job, was told who would be coming to my home and had an appointment for the work to be done the following day. I received a call about 20 minutes before Santiago and Jorge arrived (which was on time). The work was done in about three hours. The two gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with.
