I was very impressed with Scott's and Rocko's results. The carpet looks almost brand new except where the worn spots are. I would use them again in the future.

The work was done in the usual manner that carpets are done. The provider spend a lot of time in trying to get the hard to clean areas as clean as possible. They were very professional in their work ethic and manner.

When I call them they usually make a pretty quick appointment. They come in, they vacuum, they do the clean up and both times they've been personable, professional and did the job. I've got a clean carpet.

Yeah, the experience with Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas went very well actually. We used their services for Carpet cleaning. We paid extra as we had them do an extra area that wasn't included in the big deal and to make it clear that wasn't a problem. I would say that they did a good job, everything looked great when they were done. Before going in, they looked at the house and the carpet and told us where some problem areas might be and they offered us some extra services but they weren't pushy at all. The big deal price was terrific, that was good. They did a very good job. Professionalism was good too.

Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas was fine. I paid more than the $99 big deal purchase. For the area rug, I paid $35 extra. They seemed to be pretty professional. They did a good job. These guys come in, they do a good job. They were pretty fast and efficient. As far as professional people go, I guess that was probably the running rate. They were reasonably priced.

They were professional, in tine and friendly. They took extra time to get the harder spots out. We were pleased with them.

I was disappointed in that one. They were going to do three rooms and then for every additional room there was a higher fee. They were very small rooms. When they did the hallway, they didn't do the area right adjacent to the door. So from one to the other there was a really bad dirty spot there. I thought for four sweeps of the steam cleaner, they could've done that. I just took the big deal as it was.

The service they provided me was fine. I had no problems with them and it worked out well. The carpets turned out fine. They came when they said they’ll come and they did the job in a timely manner and they did well.

I was very pleased with the outcome. The carpet in the family room, which gets a lot of use and was very dirty, cleaned up beautifully. They really did a good job. There were two men and one did most of the tile, while the other man cleaned the carpet. I had two oriental throw rugs which they took to their warehouse and cleaned. The cost was considerable more than I had paid in the past for carpet cleaning. However, my carpet had never looked so good for so long after being cleaned. Usually, within a short time the spots begin to show again. With Carbonated Solutions, this has not occurred. So, I think it was worth the price. The two men were very pleasant and went about their work with efficiency. 3/14/13

It went well. The technician called me before he arrived, then arrived on time. He took the time to inspect the areas to be done and explained what he recommended. He was very polite, worked hard, explained when I had questions. Great job Rocko - will definitely use them again for future needs.

Did a great job lasted 8 months on heavy traffic areas!!

Our grandson's bedroom rug was so dirty that I didn't even want to attempt to clean it, but my husband thought it was worth a try to save the expense of replacing the carpet. We could not believe that the stains in the carpet completely came out. The carpet is in amazing condition.

The technicians were professional, punctual, and did a great job. I have never before had a carpet cleaner come armed with a vacuum. I had just vacuumed, but they moved my sofas and found a lot of pet hair and vacuumed it up. They also rake the carpet when needed, and move small items. They don't use any scent, which is great for my asthma. They did offer additional services, but didn't push them. The only thing I would say is that the carpet did not dry in 2 hours, but that didn't matter to me. It could be because I have Berber carpet.

The technician called me 30 minutes before arrival. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and gave choices for different options. I have had my carpet cleaned many times and have never had results like this. My carpet is 13 years old and it looks amazing. It was dry in just a couple of hours. I had all of my tile done downstairs and the grout sealed. It too looks great. I will definitely be using them next time.

What they charged was really reasonable. They were very punctual. They did a fantastic job. The cleaners are very friendly, did a fantastic job and gave us great advice on keeping our carpets clean. They use sort of an oxygen cleaning system so that was important to me as well.

Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas were on time, punctual and they did the job. I liked the fact that they didn't use any chemicals, they used some kind of water and a natural biodegradable solvent. Their service was really good, they explained everything and my carpets were clean.

They were very good. I would use them again but I also have another company I like. They were here on time and they did what they said they were going to do. It was very professional. They were very courteous, I recall.

We bought a new home that needed the floors cleaned. With a pet, we wanted everything to be pet friendly and clean. We called to make an appointment and they got back to us in the same day. Carbonated Solutions was very flexible with scheduling the day/time that we needed, scheduling the tile and carpet cleaning back to back. Carbonated Solutions called prior to arrival and were punctual. After assessment, there were some additional repairs to the carpet that were pointed out, providing us with the opportunity to repair them. The cleaning was very thorough and looked much better after they were done. The carpets were cleaned by another company previously, not to our satisfaction. Carbonated Solutions were able to do a much better job. We also received a follow-up call asking about our satisfaction with their services.
