The service was very good. Yes, I would use them in the future. I had no idea that rekeying was such a fast job so the price seemed a little high to me, thus my B rating. However, I feel a lot safer knowing it was done right.

I've used Anytime before and they did a great job, so that's why I called them again when a new tenant moved into my rental house. They are very professional and respectful and do a great job!

He noticed one of the locks was reversed. He asked if we wanted it that way or would like it changed.

The guys showed up on time and when they arrived at the door they made sure I knew their names. I explained to them that we had purchased the house and I wanted all the locks rekeyed so that I would only have 1 key. We walked around the house and talked about the locks and door handles that were having issues. The were very quick at the job. Once they were done we walked around the house to verify that everything was working correctly. I was extremely pleased that the job was done quickly and no issues occurred. Thanks guys!

Rekeyed 3 locks, made 3 sets of keys. Rekeyed separate lock and provided 2 sets of keys. Had the provider also install a lock in an outside gate which 2 other locksmiths told us could not be done. We're very happy with the service provided.

Manny was on time, polite, and performed the work quickly. I needed to replace a lock that had internal damage and he had a replacement on the truck and the cost was the same as if I had purchased the lock at a discount store so it was economical with no high mark ups. These guys were EXCELLENT. Great customer service. I called several times and had to move my appointment several times. Every time, I was treated with great courtesy, concern and respect. Adam and his colleague were running a little late on the day of my actual appointment but he called ahead and let me know what was going on and apologized. Of course, I understand some appointments can run late. They arrived and immediately went to work. They took care of everything quickly. They even showed me how to reprogram my garage door for future. On top of the excellent service, they were just great people to deal with - professional, friendly, courteous and genuine. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Adam is a class act.

Satisfied would be an understatement! Not only were Adam and Mannie punctual, professional, and friendly, they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They entertained the curiosity of my 3 year old while performing the work (not easy) and also gave my son a little gift which he is still carrying around =) I would absolutely recommend this provider to anyone without hesitation!

They guys were right on time. We had them re-key all of our locks instead of doing only the 5 we prepaid for. They make us extra keys and had us test them on each door before they left.
