Description of Work: At a very stressful time due to a family member's health - the front door lock somehow stopped working and could not be locked from the outside. I called Anytime and they were so prompt. Instead of charging me for a new lock - he said he would try to fix it and did so - saving me some money. I truly appreciated this type of honesty.
