I have used this company last August for replace some parts and realign the door sensor. When my tenant reported the garage door could not be closed on Aug. 20, 2015, I called the company to see whether the two year warranty is applicable. They listened all the symptoms which I provided, then told me that it could be the sensor align issue and the warranty is not covered (the warranty is only for the parts), but they said that they would call my tenant to find out the root cause. They called my tenant and walked through the sensor realign steps and the issue is resolved. Then they called me back, told me the issue is resolve and I won't get charged. I am really happy with their professionalism, honesty and fast response! I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

Wow! what a fantastic company. Contacted company on 8/3/2015 and talked to Barbara to set up an appointment for 8/10/2015. She stated not a problem and Travis would be in contact with me that day before arriving. He called about 20 minutes prior to appointment time. He looked at my existing door and reinforced my thought that I really did need a new door. The house is about 18 years old from new and a cheap door was installed back then from the builder. He asked did I need an insulated door or any extra's like glass decorations etc. I stated no, just a replacement door in white. He said he good do this for $675.00 to include tax and labor. I set up an appointment for Monday 8/13/2015 at 10:00am. On the day, he called me about 8:30 am and asked if he could come early, I said no problem. He arrived about 20 minutes later and started work. It took about 1 and a half hours to do the work, done by 11:am. The door is much better quality than the one the builders put in, 26ga vs. 24ga, Quiet nylon rollers, safer tracts, new double springs. I noticed that the door has larger hinges between segments, and reinforced edges where the rollers and Garage door opener attach to. Anyway I would recommend this company in a second and Travis is an excellent representative for this company. Great personality, no sales tactics, and a great installer. Hey All Access Garage Door Company!!!!! Give this guy a pay raise..........

I called Barbara and she sent Matt right out to give me an estimate. He was there within an hour and said he could fix the problem, right then and there. Wonderful. He was courteous and professional, and now my door does not make a noise when I open and close it. He only charged me $115.00. I am so happy with the service. I will definitely recommend them.

When I researched for a garage door repair All Access had very strong positive reviews on Angie's List. After having them out to repair my garage door springs I find the "A" rating they have is well deserved. The service they provide is top notch beginning with Barbara who answered my call and assisted me with scheduling all the way through Matt, the service man, who patiently explained the benefits of upgrading my my single spring door to 2 springs. All Access Garage Door Co. is definitely a grade A company.

I called and spoke to Barbara and after explaining what was the matter she went to ask a technician what to do. She called me back 5 minutes later and told me how to fix the doors myself. I was done fixing the doors 20 minutes later and now they are working beautifully! They could have easily taken my money and come out to fix my doors but they obviously have integrity. I would definitely use them again.

I called All Access at 9:03 am and left a voice mail. I received a call back at 9:08am. Barbara was very nice and professional, and after explaining that I needed it repaired quickly, she said she would call the technician and see if he was close by and find out when he could come out. She called me back in less than 10 minutes, and said he would be there in 15. Travis arrived in less than 15 minutes, and he was also very friendly and professional. He got to work right away and said it would take about 30 minutes. He finished about 10am. All of that in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend All Access Garage Door for their fast, friendly and professional service.

Springs on our garage door broke. We called and had service in about 1 hour and everything was fixed perfectly within about 2 hours from the time i picked up the phone.

Easy as could be. Called on 6/22 and set up appointment for the next morning between 8 and 9. Travis called at 7:45 to say he would be there in 15 minutes, the job was completed by 8:30 and Travis put in an additional screw that had fallen out as well as lubricating the door tracks. The price was exactly what was quoted and we would definitely use again!

Outstanding same day service from the moment I talked with Barbara I knew she was on the ball and familiar with the situation I was having. She scheduled Matt to come in at 2PM or earlier and he called and was in at 11AM. He was a professional and did a great job.I believe I used All Access years ago and I have to say their service is outstanding and will highly recommend to others.

Called in the morning when my garage door springs broke. Scheduled a repair tech to meet me at my house within 4 hours of calling. Matt was on time, courteous, professional and efficient in his work. He replaced my springs in a very short amount of time, and I was able to get on with my day.

I couldn't be happy with the service from All Access Garage Door Co. From the first call requesting an estimate to the final installation walk through, I was impressed with not only professionalism of all the employees I dealt with, but also the promptness of all communication and appointments. Matt came out to perform the initial inspection and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Since my house is older than most and was built with custom sized garages, I was worried there would be difficulties with obtaining new doors that fit. He assured me the style I wanted was possible and walked me through all the steps he would take in removing the existing doors and installing the new ones. With the initial estimate complete, Barb handled my order in a timely manner. I had an emailed version of the final estimate, which included the delivery date of the custom doors from the manufacturer. The price was good so I placed the order. Much to my surprise, the manufacturer delivered the doors to All Access ahead of schedule and Barb called me to offer an earlier delivery and installation date than I was originally told. The day of the install (which was a week ahead of schedule), I was told Matt would call me when he was on his way and that I should expect him between 8:30am and 9:00am. The installation was estimated to take between 4.5 and 5 hours. Matt called at 8:10am and showed up at 8:25am. He and Jason went right to work removing the old doors. The rest of the installation crew showed up a bit later with the new doors and got right to work. As with everything else, their estimate of the install time was spot on. A bit before the five hour mark, I was signing the final invoice and making my payment. Not only am I know the proud owner of two brand new doors and openers, but now have one of the best looking houses on the block. The new doors really increased the curb appeal. I want to thank Matt, Barb, Jason, and the rest of the crew at All Access Garage Door Co for the excellent product and service they provided. I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage doors or garage door related services without hesitation.

Made the call for help before hours and got an answer. A tech was at my house within a couple of hours. He quickly went to work and found that the bearings had gone out as well. A very pleasant man. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends.

From the first call to Barbara to the extremely prompt (and fast!) service call by Travis, All Access Garage Door provided an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism. After having a horrible experience with a company referred by our Home Warranty company, I placed a call to All Access. Barbara was not only professional and kind, but she was knowledgeable about our service needs. Barbara also arranged to have a Technician Travis at our home within the hour! Travis was a dream! Prompt, professional and courteous. He assessed the situation, replaced the springs and even lubricated the track and chain system! And all within 30 minutes!! I highly, highly recommend All Access Garage Door....and have already sent their info out to all of our friends and family!

They were really good. I don’t think they charged us at all. They came out for a service call and they just said that it was an old garage door opener and they start going. They lubricated the chains and stuff like that and the guy said if we need a new garage door, just call them back but they didn’t charge anything. Their professionalism is great. I even refer them to people. A couple of people at work have used them also.

Service man was on time, extremely courteous and friendly. Changed out the springs, tested the door, and didn't mind my 2 year old son constantly asking questions. And the service was all done in about 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

I called in a panic! Had to get out of my garage! They arrived within the hour, replaced the spring and added a brace where there was a crack. Fast, efficient, Excellent!

I have used All Access for my garage door repairs for years at all of my properties. Their prices are good and service used to be good. Now when I call for them to go out to one of my properties for repair and ask them to call me with price before work is done, I am told they do not have time to call for approval. Really. This has now happened over several appointments now. So they do the work they feel should be done and invoice me for it. Any notes or comments are on the invoices, not discussed before work is done or they invoice me. When I ask my tenants how service was, they tell me they couldn't get out of there fast enough. They seem to forget I hired them and they are working for me, not the other way around. Like I said I used to be happy with the prices and service they provided, however I will not use them again.

We've used them before and they were here super quickly. They were not pushy but indicated it would probably be in our best interest to purchase a new motor. One other nice thing is the one hour window they provided to us and that they called ahead of time.

It went great! I called on Friday afternoon and they were out first thing Monday morning. They said they would be there at 11am and were early. The technician ( I think his name was Troy) was polite and professional. I described the problem and he was able to explain exactly why the problem occurred in cold weather. Because of age and usage, I wanted the motor replaced. He was able to provide several options and described the pros and cons. i went with a belt drive opener as this was the quietest and only a few minutes later, he the entire job finished. He also took time to explain how it worked and assisted with programming the cars that had the built in openers. Overall, the entire experience was painless, thorough and fast. Totally outstanding!

It went really good. We were happy that we were able to make our own purchase first then he installed it. He was pretty informative. My husband was pleased with his work. He was punctual and his price was fair. It seemed that he was not out to rob us on this deal.

I sent an email to All Access Garage Door to find out if they could fix a dent on my garage door. They responded that we can remove dents as best as possible as long as there are no tears, creasing or foam insulation. We cannot guarantee 100% removal. That sounded reasonable, so I requested an appointment. The technician called before the appointed time and it was fine with me. He tried his best to fix the dent with a putty knife and worked on it for about 10 minutes. If I had known that he would only use a putty knife to fix the dent, I could have done the job myself. I was charged $65.00 for the service call and regret not asking him how he was planning to repair the dent when he started. I will probably use their service again if I have to replace the garage door, mechanical problems with the door, sensor, or remote control. But will never use them again to repair dents on the garage door.
