It went great. I called at 1:00 PM and they said they'd be out between 2:30 and 3:30. Travis the technician called and said he could be here by 2:00 PM and he was. He replaced the gear and oiled and lubricated the system so it is now quiet. I also purchased a second remote for another car from him. It took about 20 minutes to complete the job.

All Access realized the urgency of the problem and dispatched a person the next day. They called first which I like and arrived early which I like more. Fixed the problem immediately. I have done business with this company before and will continue to do business with them and tell me friends and neighbors.

My initial query was through Angie's List. Barb replied quickly, even though it was after hours. I followed-up with a phone call and asked several questions regarding garage door openers. Barb patiently answered all my questions and provided some initial recommendations. I then made an appointment for an estimate the following day. Travis called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. We went over the things I wanted to do, and he provided excellent advice. I then scheduled an installation appointment the following morning. As before, Travis called to say he was on his way and arrived a few minutes early. He answered a few more questions and explained what he was doing as he performed the requested work. He was very efficient (I was surprised at how fast he worked!). I'm pleased to recommend All Access Garage Door Co. They are pleasant, professional, and proficient. Should I ever need garage door services again, they will be the ones I call!

The initial contact last night was very prompt and courteous. They answered the phone after regular business hours. They had my customer information from a previous repair a year or so ago. Very impressive in my opinion. Told me how they would have their technician Travis out by 10:30 the next morning. He arrived at 9:30 and finished the repair in about 25 minutes. He lubed the other parts that needed it and was on his way. Definitely recommend All Access Garage Door Repair to everyone.

The service was excellent! They came on time, exactly when they said they would. The repairman was professional and fixed the problem without trying to add on additional cost! I was very impressed with the service and would recommend this company highly.

Excellent response to problem: furnished excellent service. Were here in 3 hours and fixed broken spring. Could not ask for better service. Barbara made calls to service people who showed up at correct time and fixed door. reasonable cost and good repair guy who knew what he was doing. Called that he was coming and got here promptly. I called All Access after hours since the garage door was inoperable. They answered the phone and were able to quickly diagnose my issue over the phone. They were able to schedule service for me within a day even though we were in the middle of the Holiday's. They were very very good about following up to confirm the appointment and they even showed up early! Travis was the repairman and he did a great job. While away on vacation, my house sitter notified me that my garage door would not close. They disengaged the opener so the door would close manually and I called Barbara at All Access Garage Door Co. Being away from my home and doing this over the phone was stressful for me but Barbara made me feel confident and secure that they would take care of everything. The same day Travis, their service expert went to my home and diagnosed the problem. Since my door is larger than most, he did not have the parts to fix it that day which was understandable. Barbara called me the same day with the estimate and said they would be there the next morning to install a new garage door opener and key pad. As promised, they were there the next day, earlier than originally thought (which I really appreciated) and installed the new opener. They worked with my house sitter and called them when they were at my house and they were very impressed with Travis's professionalism and courtesy. This company really goes the extra mile for their customers. Not only do they have EXCELLENT Customer Service but the quality of the repair/installation is also EXCELLENT! What more could a customer ask for? I highly recommend them for ALL your garage door service needs.

My garage door would not open or close on the Friday of the long Thanksgiving weekend. I tried calling another garage door repair company but they were closed for Thanksgiving and would not reopen until Monday. When I called All Access Garage Door Co. they answered the phone immediately, took my information and said they would call me back after locating their service technician. It wasn't 5 minutes later that they called and said he was on his way over. Travis, the repair technician was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained how it happened and fixed the door. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them if I ever need repair service again.

I called to make an appointment with this company. A technician arrived right on schedule and they called me in advance of arrival as I had requested. The technician was super-nice and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He checked the mechanism, the springs, and did an adjustment to the wheels. Even when I asked about replacing the entire garage door, the technical assured me that this door was in great condition and didn't need replacement. He was great! I will definitely call this company the next time I have any issues with my garage door. I give this company my highest recommendation!

Excellent Service. Was browsing Angie's list at 6:45am after noticing spring broke night before . Called them at 650am (expecting an answering machine) to get hours of operation and was surprised to have someone answer . (Which by the way she was very pleasant). Gave me a quote of 180.00 over the Phone (15 dollar discount for using Angie's List) and scheduled me for a 1130-1230 appointment . Tech called on the way and did an excellent and quick job repairing . He also just happened to be a fan of my favorite band. I recommend this company for anyone looking for any sort of service .

On the night of October 30, 2015, our aging garage door fell off its tracks while returning home. We had planned to replace the door, but were going to wait until after the holidays. Thanks to some helpful neighbors, we were able to temporarily re-track the panels so that the garage was secured, but not operational. After reviewing several garage door companies on Angie's list, I called All Access Garage Door Co. and requested an estimate for a new door and opener. Their installer came out on November 2 and provided me with an estimate for a new door and opener based on my preferences. Since I had previously researched new garage doors and openers at Home Depot, Lowes, and other companies, their cost and time frame were very reasonable. On the morning of November 4, 2015, the installer arrived and completed removing the old door and opener and installing the new replacements. The whole job took about 3 hours. The installer was very cordial and professional in explaining everything he was going to do. I checked on him about every half hour and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. When the job was done, he loaded up the leftover tracks and opener on his pickup, and then left the old garage door panels on the driveway as instructed (I had someone who wanted the leftover panels). I was very please with the price, timing, and the installation of the new garage door and opener. I would definately use them again and would recommend their services to others.

The service person was very punctual. He was very honest about the repair of the door, without trying to push the purchase of a new door. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

Call to leave a message that I needed my springs replaced on Saturday (Halloween Morning!) I knew they were closed but didn't want to forget as it was a busy weekend with parties and sports and all. I was very surprised when she called back to set up an AM appointment on Monday. Wow. Calling on a day off! Travis was supposed to be up at the house at 8am. He called at 7:30 to verify. Showed up right on time. Work was done in 30 Minutes. Great attitude and friendly service. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks. Highly recommend.

When my mother-in-law's garage door broke, All Access Garage Door responded quickly and did a great job. I anticipated they would do good job for me and they exceed my expectations. Our 3 car garage has two garage doors and only one had an opener. I wanted the 2nd garage door opener to be a surprise anniversary gift for my husband. The office cordially accommodated scheduling the installation when he was out of town. The technician was only scheduled to install the garage door opener which he did beautifully. The existing garage door opener had been installed by a handyman who did not use the proper wiring and one of the light sockets on it had broke. I asked the technician if he could fix the wiring and light which he did for only $25. He also provided us with two new remotes and programmed the remotes to work for both the existing garage door opener and the newly installed opener. So my husband and I could use one remote to open either garage door. This was an extra convenience he took into consideration which went beyond standard service.

Our old garage door opener finally conked out and we needed a new one. We found this company thru Angie's List and gave them a call. We talked to Barbara and she was really helpful in explaining the different kinds of openers to decide which was best for our house. We purchased our opener at a local do-it-yourself store, then called to have it installed. They showed up right on schedule and had our new opener installed in about an hour. He explained all the features to us and answered all our questions. Very professional and friendly, and we feel we got the job done at a really decent price. We would use this company again and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Great job!!

Excellent!!!! Our scheduled appointment time was between 1:00 and 2:00 PM; Travis called about 12:20 and stated he was about 10 minutes away if it was ok that he come early. Travis arrived around 12:30 and listened to the issues we had been having with the garage door. He explained what would need to be done to correct the problem and the cost and proceed efficiently and effectively. He had a great deal of knowledge and explained things as he went about doing the work. I am extremely pleased with the work and will recommend them to friends and family.

What a great company to work with! They are beyond professional and courteous, beginning with the initial phone call to Barbara and when Matt the installer comes out and does his thing. I called Friday morning at around 9 AM deciding to purchase a new garage door opener due to the old one having run its course. By 2 PM, I had a brand new opener installed and functioning, all at a really reasonable price! Obviously, how quickly this went down for me will not necessarily apply to everyone's experience with All Access but it should give you an idea of how committed they are to customer service. The quality of their work is fantastic as well. Matt took the time to also explain my new opener to me and that was much appreciated. If you need a repair or are looking for a new garage door opener to be installed, give these folks a ring. I am willing to bet you will not regret it!
