He was very good and we would definitely use him again. He didn't charge us anything the second time he came out. He was a nice kid and has been in Las Vegas all his life. He was very friendly and punctual. He showed up when he said he would. He knows his stuff and knows what he is doing. He is our man and we recommended him to the lady next door. He knows the garage door stuff back and forth.
Description of Work: We used All Access Garage Door to fix something with the garage door opener. It was something with the chain. He helped the door come up.

Description of Work: My husband called on a Sunday afternoon, we could not open our garage door. He spoke to Barbara, explained our problem, she suggested checking the alignment of the sensors on each side of the garage door, we did that and our problem was solved. We can not thank Barbara enough to be so helpful without any cost to us. I will certainly recommend this company very highly. I read all the reports about this company on Angie's List before contacting them, we are very pleased and satisfied and add our recommendation to the long list of satisfied customers.

He gave me an estimate over the phone, then came out and did the work as requested quicky and completely and at the price he gave. He didn't even seem to mind that I hung out and watched what he was doing and asked questions the whole time. He is polite and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again.

+ -1 moreThis started with a call to Barbara. I was really impressed with her. She had me check the sensors, told me what to look for on the lights and then advised me how to move the wingnut in order to align the sensors. Barbara did everything possible to avoid me paying for an unnecessary service call. As I am a female and not too handy, this service was greatly appreciated. I hope they pay Barbara lots of money because she certainly deserves it. The night before my service call, I went to try to pull the garage door down, it landed like a thud. I could see that the spring was cracked. I called back and advised them that it was the spring. The Technician called in advance and gave me his arrival time. He gave me an estimate which I approved and quickly went to work. I really appreciated that he arrived with the parts on his truck. The springs were installed and he did yearly maintenance on the door. He also gave me a verbal check on maintenance for next year. From start to finish everything was excellent. You rarely find companies with this level of customer service.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 springs in garage door. Also did annual maintenance on rest of the system.

+ -1 moreGarage door came off the track! As it came off the track it bent the side rails so badly that the door could not be shut. I call All Access first thing the next morning and they sent a technician out that day.The technicians arrived, told me what needed to be repaired and offered to swap out my old metal rollers for new rollers for only $15. The new rollers have decreased the noise level considerable! They competed the repair in the time frame they gave me and the price I was quoted was the same price that was on my invoice at the end of the job. They also took special care to make sure no screws or nails were left behind. Great Service, Very Professional and the price was much lower than I expected based on the damage.
Description of Work: The technicians first removed my twisted mangeld garage door form the bent track. They then replaced bent side rail. reinstalled the garage door, replaced the metal rollers. They finisshed by lubricating all the rollers and hinges.

+ -1 moreI would give these guys an A- rather than a B overall. The experience was fine--Jason was certainly very friendly, pleasant, considerate, and seemed to know what he was doing. Somehow, I just can't rate it as Excellent, but it was very close. Barbara was very pleasant and helpful on the phone when I made the appointment and Jason called about 20 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way--two things I rate highly. Jason showed up on time, and of course, it was just a simple repair that I could have done myself but didn't know it at the time. He informed me that both motors on both the garage doors were original (house built in '85, RV garage added later), as were the springs, and advised I simply run them until they quit or the springs fail. He lubed all the hardware and adjusted both doors, and gave me quotes on completely replacing both motors, all for just a service charge. He also told me what to look for if I end up having problems with one of the doors, given the ages of the motors. It definitely could have gone much worse--I think considering the ages of both motors and springs, I certainly could have been taken advantage of, but that was not the case here. I appreciate Jason's honesty and straight-forwardness, and when I do have to replace the motors, I most likely will be calling All Access.
Description of Work: reconnected linkage on RV garage door, lubed and tuned/aligned both garage doors.

+ -1 morer[ro This was a great experience! I went to angie's list for advice, called the company and a very professional person handled the call and the appointment. The owner was right on time and the job was completed to my satisfaction and quickly. He was a nice young man and was very professional, explaining all that he was going to do and what he did and what I should do in the future. I do not feel comfortable with looking for any sort of service via the telephone, but Angie's list made this an exception and I will not be afraid to use it again. I highly recommend this garage door company.
Description of Work: Replace my spring and secure the assembly to the wall. Check out and service the opener itself.

+ -1 moreThey were amazing. They came out within a day we had the problem. We couldn’t even get our door opened. They worked on it so that we could at least open and close the door and then the next day they came and put in a whole new opener for us. They were awesome. Within two days, we were done. Everything was great. They were on time and were informative. The workers were great. The same person came out again just to help us get our cars coded in. He came out to help us get that figured out with the new opener. They were really good. We have no problems. We would rate them highly and would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary.

+ -1 moreFirst, I should say I found All Access on Angie's List. Impressed with the rating and positive reviews of the company and its owner/operator Jason, I called to set up an appointment. Jason was able to come out on a service call the next day. I was hopeful I had finally found someone to correct a persistent problem with a loud clattering sound the door was making. I was extremely pleased with the service All Access provided. We have had the same problem with the door on several prior occasions, and had called other garage door repair companies. No one was able to fix the door to our satisfaction, and after a period of time, it continued to make loud noises when being raised or lowered. One repair person even tried to tell us that was the normal sound for a door, even after showing him a neighbor's door that operated very quietly. Jason identified the problem and then spent two hours fine-tuning two springs on the door, working diligently until he was able to repair it so that it operates quietly. All this for the total charge of $50 (a discount offered to Angie's List customers), with no additional labor/time charges. Like many other Angie's List customers of All Access, I'm very satisfied and recommend the company highly.

Description of Work: Our door basically fell apart Sunday. I called Jason's number (based on Angie's List) and he said he was out of town and couldn't come on this Sunday. But Jason gave me a couple names of companies he knew worked Sundays if we couldn't wait - though he said they might be more expensive if they came on a Sunday. It didn't sound to me like he could really recommend their work quality - just that he knew they worked Sundays. I liked the sound of Jason and wanted to stick with him because of the Angie's List ratings and said we could wait until Monday. Jason promised to call by noon on Monday and he called around 1120 and said he would be out in 1/2 hour. Jason was punctual and arrived in a very well kept, clean garage door truck. The way I had described the door, which looked mangled - I told Jason he would probably need to replace the entire door - and he had quoted a price of $650 which I felt was really quite low. When Jason looked at the door, he said he felt he could fix it without replacing it. I was amazed at such honesty. He went to work and fixed the door, fixed the track which was completely bent and had looked ready to snap, reconnected the motor, re-braced a place where the wood was splitting in the rafter connection, braced the door, lubricated and re-aligned the sensors and probably did several other things to bring the door back to life (the motor had been disconnected for years and we weren't sure it worked). The door sounds, looks and operates quite nicely.

+ -1 moreMy overhead garage door broke one evening as I was going out to take the trash to the curb. The door went up about half way and then came crashing back down. The chain had broken. Luckily neither myself nor the dog was standing under it at the time! I called All Access that night (after hours) and left a voice mail. Got a call back first thing in the morning, and the repairman came out later that same morning. Very friendly and informative. Repaired and lubricated the entire mechanism very quickly.

+ -1 moreWe called Jason on Wednesday morning and he came out that same day to check out the problem. We had thought we would need to get a whole new garage door. We were very surprised when Jason said he could just replace the panels and things would be good. He came back the next day and replaced 4 panels, put new rollers and new hinges and the door is better than it has ever been. Our original door panels were the old heavy metal type. We are very happy with the job and will definitely use Jason if ever need anything else done. He is a very knowledgeable and honest person. We did tell Jason we needed our outside door opener reprogrammed and he said as soon as he could get hold of the part needed to do that, he would come back and fix that for us.
Description of Work: Replaced 4 panels, put new rollers and new hinges and the door is better than it has ever been.

He called 30 minutes before arriving as I'd requested since I needed to leave work to meet him. He arrived on time and replaced the garage door spring and lubricated the door. The price was exactly as quoted on the phone. Jason was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely hire this company again.

+ 0 moreWent well, I did not look over his shoulder but this was not my first broken garage door so I knew what to look for when Josh was finished. Think I surprised him a little when I pulled the release rope and closed it halfway, then all the way, then counted the lines in the spring. Sure enough like I said above everything worked perfectly and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: While moving in with my last truckload of furniture "SNAP" went my spring, cable wire flew everywhere. So I called and spoke with Jason at about 4:30 and literally within an hour Josh was replacing the spring with two new ones (which I highly recommend), the door is working perfectly, the price was more than fair and now I can move on to the next repair...

+ -1 moreThis company was great. Showed up on time. Adjusted all the parts that four different companies over the years would not even try. The guide rails mainly were way out of line. Hardware that held the wooden door together needed tightening. Door was actually out of balance and tilted slightly causing binding when going down and no-one wanted to fix it except for All Access. They knew exactly what to do and did it fast and with skill. I have already recommended them to another and her experience was also first rate. Price was excellent.
Description of Work: Adjusted all moving and stationary door and track parts. Everything. Which is what this door needed.
