Their service charge was $60 or $65. I would recommend the others to use them for any kind of garage door problems because I had contacted a different garage door company and they wanted about $400 to fix my garage door when it needed a new remote. That was ridiculous. They also told me that I needed something else and they were very sad. I’m glad I made them leave and then I waited and priced with someone else. They were also going to charge me $280 for a part that was $40. I don’t mind a company making a little money but this was ridiculous. I will use All Access Garage Door Co again in the future.

Great. They were early, fast, explained everything, and then cleaned up after themselves.

It went very well. I have no complaints.

Travis arrived on time as per appointment. He was polite, knowledgeable and finished the work quickly. He gave some important pointers on the garage door maintenance. We were well satisfied with the work and the cost.

I called All Access Garage Doors and Barb was very friendly and helpful. She took my information and got back to me within minutes. She dispatched the technician and told me he should arrive in about a half hour. Then Travis (I think that was his name) called me to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was very professional. He looked at the problem and said it would take about 30-35 minutes. He went right to work and in about 25 minutes called me to inspect his work. He not only fixed the spring, but added another spring as well. That way, if a spring broke again, I would still be able to open the garage door and would not be stuck. He also tightened the chain. So, in about an hour after my initial call, my door was fixed. It is a pleasure to do business with a company so efficient. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors, plus if I ever need their services again, I will not hesitate.

On Sunday, I started having trouble with my garage door, so I gave All Access Garage a call and set up an appointment. Within 24 hours of making the appointment, Jason, one of the workers, came and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and polite, and I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Overall experience was really good. There was a 1 day delay in doing the job because our door is 8' and he brought a 7', but we were able to reschedule for the next day and it was done quickly. The service man was really nice and easy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and committed to making us completly satisfied. He took time to show us how everything worked and gave us extra time. We have 2 garage doors, and when the other door needs to be replaced we'll definitely go with All Access.

When I called they gave me an estimated time for later in the day and the service fee. They explained what would be looked at and a quote would be given before any work was done. They called later as they had an earlier opening. The technician came on time, and soon told me what was required. I was shocked at how little it would cost. The repair was done promptly. He was very tidy. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend the service to anyone.

I called in the morning and they were able to work me in the same day. I kept having probelms with my door either malfunction or getting stuck half way. The technician quickly fixed it and showed me how I had moved the senor. He performed routine maintenance. I am turning this house into a rental so I really appreciated that I was able to buy an extra remote control for the house. Programming the new remote and old key pad i a plus. This company really believes in customer service. They are the only ones I call for service.

I called D&G first, without looking at the door they gave me an estimate of "atleast $700". I called All Access on Tuesday and one of the service men came out that afternoon. He was on time, professional, and abated the concerns i had about appearance. On Wednesday, I got a call with an estimate for $450 and the work was completed on Thursday morning. The same service man that came for the estimate also did the work; he was on time again and finished the work quickly. It looks better than I anticipated. I would definitely use them again.

This is how a business transaction should happen. the spring on my garage door broke thursday afternoon. i found All Access on Angies list and liked the reviews. I called for an appointment and Jason and Travis showed up the next morning. They called ahead of time and showed up early. the replacement took about 20 minutes. Jason and Travis were professional and did good work. I wish all servicemen were like this. I will definitely use or refer them again. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience with All Access. They showed early, got right to work and had the doors up in a few hours. The work performed was outstanding and both guys were very professional. The doors look great and work perfectly. They even stopped by later and dropped off a light cover at no charge for my old Craftsman garage door opener. Now that's what I call going the extra mile for your customer! We would definitely recommend All Access to anyone needing their garage doors worked on or replaced. Their prices are very competitive and the service is outstanding.

Jordan arrived on time and installed the garage door opener. He even programmed the home link in my car and installed exterior door keypad without extra cost. Jordan was very personable and did a good job for us.

I wrote an e-mail to inquire about the services offered. My e-mail was answered very promptly and I was given a phone number where I could reach Jason. He was very nice and helpful. He told me about a sale that was going on right now even though it was in a chain-store and described what that opener did and didn't have to offer. He also told me about what garage openers were offered through his company and the difference between them. He even offered to give me advice if I was at the store shopping for an opener. He was extremely helpful and kind. Besides that, I had been calling around and inquiring about openers through retail outlets and through another Angie's list company in that area and this company was less than half the price for the install (if I had my own opener for them to install) and they offered an opener that included the install for less than the price of just the opener from the other company (same brand-not sure if same model). I think I've decided who I'm going with! :) Thanks a lot for everything!!! We ended up using this co. See comments above.

Saturday morning the springs broke. I spoke with Barbara who was very sympathetic and was trying to see if I could be fit in that afternoon. I told her there was no rush, so she scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. Travis called to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived on schedule. Travis replaced the springs in a very timely fashion. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs. I ran across this company a few years ago when my opener broke. I spoke with the owner, Jason, who was very honest, something that is hard to find these days, and informative. Even though I ended up replacing the opener myself, I kept their name and number. I referred them to my sister, who had a good experience as well and I remembered them when my springs broke.

Called at 7am. They scheduled at 8am but were here at 7:45. Half an hour later he had replaced both springs and lubed it up. Couldn't be happier!

We called Jason and asked him to come by and fix out garage door. We called him on Monday the 13th and he was at out house the next day at 8:30am. He immediately saw the problem and fix it within 10minutes. After the job was complete he sprayed lubricant on the springs and hinges.

Jason came to the house and was very prompt, polite and courteous. This was a particularly difficult project because the door is very heavy and is no longer manufactured. I went out and bought the garage door opener and he installed it for me.

Called All Access at 8am and talked to Jason. Agreed on a 1:30 pm appointment. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem within 10 seconds after he saw my garage door. We agreed on the price, he went to work immediately, and was done in 25 minutes. Jason was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for all my garage door needs.

Even though they are not a 24 hr service, they answered the phone on a Friday night and set up an appointment for early Saturday. The repairman called before he arrived; he arrived on time. He and his partner were efficient, helpful, and friendly. They discussed other services of interest to us.

When my garage door quit working, I first came to Angie's List. I checked out a couple different businesses...and then saw the reviews for All Access. I immediately knew THIS was the company to call. And when I did a google search, I found out that they have zero complaints with the BBB. The lady on the phone was very nice and after describing the problem to her, she gave me their rates (it sure is good to know ahead of time). She asked me if my vehicle was inside the garage and I told her it was parked in the driveway, so we made an appointment for the following morning. The young man showed up exactly when promised. He had it fixed within 1/2 hour (which is the length of time he told me it would take). He was very nice and my garage door is now moving quieter and smoother. They have an extremely satisfied customer and I would most definately call them again if I have any more issues with my garage door.

I called up the company to inquire about getting a new motor unit installed. I spoke with Barbara, who was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and explain their available products. I selected a new belt-drive unit with two remotes, and scheduled an appointment. On the appointment day, I received a phone call confirming my appointment time. Travis showed up on time, and performed the installation. The old unit was removed, and the new one installed. Travis took the time to make sure all wiring was neat and secured, and also checked the existing garage door tracks and lubricated all of the joints and guide wheels. He then provided a quick overview of the new unit's functions, and tested opening and closing the door so that we could both verify that it was working correctly. Overall, they were very courteous and professional. I received the price up front (including installation), and that was what I paid. The new garage door unit is very quiet, and very solid. Both me and my wife are well pleased with the installation and the performance of the new motor unit.

It was great! Travis arrived as scheduled and without being told what I had learned from a previous estimate from a competitor I let him survey the situation. He told me the cable from the wheel had not broke but had been knocked off by a jagged piece of metal on the backside of the door track. He indicated the bracket on the bottom was cracked due to the door sliding and hitting the floor with great force when the cable came loose. He said to give everything a quick check, repair the bracket and install the cable with service charge I was looking at $70.00. I was sort of shocked as another company that had come out had indicated that I needed new springs, new bearings, two new brackets even though the other one was not broke or cracked and indicated it would cost over $400.00 to fix. While Travis did mention that the springs are old and could go at anytime that was not my problem today and he was not going to charge me for something that I did not need. It was super nice to have someone care and not looking to repair everything that was not needed but to actually fix what was broke and do it for a very reasonable amount in a quick amount of time. I will definitely use them again if and when anything goes wrong with my garage doors. Thanks so much!
