I found All Access Garage Door Co. on Angies's List and called for an appointment. The gentleman was very friendly and accommodating regarding day and time. On the appointment day he called to tell us he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter, a little ahead of schedule, which was okay with us. He pointed out where the squeak was coming from and made an adjustment on the rail. He checked and cleaned all the rollers and parts and applied lubricant. The invoice notes that the service call was 1/2 price.

The young guy who came was great. They came same day (same morning actually) and were very professional. Absolutely no upsell which is nice. I told him that I could handle replacing the switch, and he directed me online to get the part. In the meantime, he replaced the switch with a temporary fix to get me by. I highly recommend.

Jason came out on time, very friendly and professional. Offered to fix the door but suggested a replacement. Once he fixed the door he said it took less time than expected so he charged us less! Yeah! How can you beat that? Wasn't pushy at all about a new door (yes, we need one, but have to wait). Would definitely use again and when we do get the new door will use Jason of All Access.

The technician arrived on-time did an inspection and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said all the opener needed was an adjustment in it's settings and he lubricated the garage door. The door is working fine right now.

Awesome. Both Travis (the installer) and Barbara (whom I spoke with by telephone) were professional and quick to help. My garage door was frozen in the closed position so it was imperative to get it operational as soon as possible. Travis came out the next day and went right to work, replacing the opener and installing sensors. He was a pleasure to deal with, was finished in one hour and was highly efficient. The price was more than fair. This company's name should be Awesome All Access!

Travis arrived on time (same day service) worked for a little more than an hour, replaced broken hinge, tightened everything, lubricated all equipment. Drilled a hole for me to place a padlock inside to secure door. Programmed new opener with new code. Excellent service, very professional and polite.

Awesome. Travis was great and arrived exactly on time. He looked at what needed to be done and got to work right away. He installed the new "motor" (Chamberlain Whisper drive - the one from Costco) and set up all the extra things - the "bells and whistles" that went with it. The lubed the wheels and told me that my spring was "old" but still in good shape and that I could wait to replace it. (He could have tried to upsell me the springs, but he didn't. Nice.) In addition to installing it, he also used upgraded brackets which ALL ACCESS does as a courtesy - part of their policy - instead of using the lower quality ones that come with the motor. He showed me how to hook up the periphery items that go in the house (automatic remote for turning on the light, and the indicator that garage door is open or closed), and made sure that I had all of the paperwork that goes with them. I'm very happy with their work and service and would without hesitation recommend them. The price was the lowest I found (D&G Garage wanted to charge me $200 for the same service PLUS service charge or something! Even with D&G's coupons, I still saved money.) It runs so quietly now and very smoothly. We just love it!

This was a very pleasant experience. We called 9/26 in the morning and had a completed repair by the end of the day. The initial communication to set up a time for the estimate/repair was good, the technician (Travis) arrived at the appropriate time and did an exemplary job and exceeded our expectations. He replaced two springs, put in additional support for the door, lubricated all fixtures and tested to confirm the door was repaired properly. We would definitely use All Access Garage Door Co again..

When I tried to open the garage door at 5:00 AM to go to the gym, the door did not budge! I immediately went to the Angie's List web site on my computer, read some reviews, and called the top 2 companies about 5:15 AM. Because neither company started business until 8:00 AM, I left voice messages for both. A little after 6:00 AM, Barbara from All Access Garage Door Co. called me and Jason was at my house at 9:00 AM! He was efficient, professional, and did a wonderful job! I was able to make it to my 10 AM meeting - I recommend this company highly!!

I was sooooo impressed with them. They are extremely professional, punctual and polite. Such a refreshing departure from many other supposedly service oriented companies in Las Vegas from plumbers to electricians, and landscapers to carpet cleaners. We've tried so many companies out of necessity - being a Vegas homeowner for 15 years, -- you just get so tired of not having any other choice sometimes. Thank God for All Access Door Co. This is not a one time deal. Since the first time they've come out, I've called them two more times for other preventive and maintenance type issues and each time is the same. I am greeted by Barbara who always answers promptly and is happy to send Travis out the same day or early the next day. I cannot recommend them enough. In fact, I did recommend them to my father who had some problems with his door and he was impressed with them as well. Businesses like this NEED to be commended and supported by the community!!!

Professional, timely and well executed

So much for emergency service, they told me to go get help from a neighbor and couldn't be here until next day in afternoon. That's not service. The woman had no customer service, seemed rude like I was bothering her. Went with another company.

The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday. I called All Access on Monday morning and spoke with Barbara. She quoted me a price of $180 or $165 if I was an Angie's List member. She setup an appointment for that afternoon and gave me a 1-hour window (12-1pm) that the repair tech should arrive within. Barbara was very courteous. The repair tech called me at about 12 and told me he would arrive within 20 to 30 minutes, which he did. The tech was very professional and personable. He completed the work in about 30 to 40 minutes. He removed the broken spring and replaced it with two springs. He also lubricated the door. My garage door is working great. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them for any future garage door repairs.

Technician, Travis, was timely and very skilled. He quickly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a minor adjustment. As a result, there was no service charge. This was unbelievable. I appreciated the courtesy and will certainly call upon All Access Garage Door Co. again as they are straight shooters. Thanks very much for a very pleaseant experience.

I called on Saturday and they were able to come on Monday to replace 2 broken springs on my garage door. Work was done. No hidden fees. Charge was exactly what the estimate was. Over all very please with the service and work.

Great job. Showed up on time. Checked door. Fix door that was off track. Lube and made it run smooth again. Great work, great price. Very timely. Would use them again.

The tech called before arriving was very knowledgeable and personable. Showed me what maintenance I could do on my own. Showed me how to program a garage door opener. Will definitely call them when the current opener wears out.

Service calls ( estimate and to install the panels) were completed as scheduled. Very satisfied with the work

Barbara answered the phone right away and answered my questions. Quoted the price with Angie's List discount. She set up an appointment to get both springs replaced. Travis called from about 15 minutes out, arrived on time and quickly got the springs replaced. He was very pleasant, professional and personable. I will definately use them again and recommend them for anyone.

Door adjustment work went well but within a couple of days new problem arouse. Called and they sent tech out again and fixed new problem with no charge

Went to leave for work only to find garage door spring had broken trapping car inside. Found All Access on Angie's List and called. immediately answered phone, set up appointment for noon. Serviceperson called 10 minutes ahead of time to check to see if okay. Very professional on phone and in person. Job was completed quickly and well. Oiled door and fixed minor "clanging" noise. $180 for charge, less $15 for coupon on Angie's list. Would recommend.

door broke on memorial day trapping cars. this was only service to answer phone. they were unable to get a tech out on holiday but offered a special price if i waited till next day. return call was very quick. the tech arrived early for the appt. after a call asking if this was ok. repair was perfect actually improving on the original and as promised the rate was discounted. after i asked that the opener be checked a simple and reasonable fix was performed. i was never pressured or "upsold" this expierience was great!

Caused one of the rollers to become dislodged from the track through my own mistake. Door wouldn't shut. Not a 'handy' person myself, so didn't want to try and fix it myself and probably make it worse. Called another company I had used before and waited over 2 hours for a return call before calling All Access. Called at 12:30 and Travis was at the house by 2:30. Door was fixed by 2:45 for the price of the service call. Travis was pleasant and got right to work. Couldn't be happier with this company!!!!
